If you have chance to have a nice lunch in Teplice, I suggest you consider this place as a good one! Very interesting interier (non smoking) , good service and the most important - great cousine! Fish is recommended especially the one I've got (candat a houbove ragu) - really good one! Deserts were all great - apfel strudl and pancakes with raspberries!

The small restaurant is located close to the Payer hotel. This is the best place to eat steaks. Meats is delicious and cooked exactly as requested.
It's sometimes better to eat with a good beer because the wines are not exceptionnal.
This is the restaurant you have to go when in Teplice

Beethoven is top-class restaurant in Teplice Spa zone. They oriented on international cousine and occassionally serve a thematic (season) menues. They do wine degustations as well with their partners. One day of the week is reserved as evening with piano having live music there. Atmospehre there is quiet and there is excellent level of service, multi-language speaking.

Went there the other day for lunch with a friend, ordered a soup and a pasta dish, both were barely edible, as if the restaurant was saving on ingredients and whoever was in the kitchen was learning how to do stuff. I could do ten times better and am no professional cook. The staff was nice and so was the beer, hence the extra point. Would no go back to eat there though.

Fresh Czech beer with great yumm snacks - highly recommend! Always friendly staff, the menu is in Czech, German, English and Russian languages. The Terrace is located in the park - a beautiful park where in the warm season children can run, play, ride a bike, etc. In the cold season you can olso visit the main room of the restaurant, there is very cozy. :)

I had the misfortune of dining in this Restaurant with a group of friends and neither I, or any of my friends will ever return to what I can only describe as a horrendous dining experience!
We ordered lamb and it was served served cold! The only good thing was their mashed peas served with sausage (klobasa)!
This was my second visit, and the first was no better; however, we were told that the Restaurant had improved and that it was rated as one of the Top-10 in the Czech Republic! Absolute rubbish!
I can only assume the owners bribed the inspectors/evaluators which I'm afraid happens all too often here in the Czech Republic!
Avoid this Restaurant like the plague ......

I've been here a few times with friends. The food is ok but the staff really need to change their attitude. Last time we went we were greeted with 'what do you want?'. We sat down and we thrown menus and not asked if would like drinks. 30 seconds later the waiter came back and demanded to know what we wanted to eat and got angry because we hadn't decided yet.
We stood up and left. Won't be going back.

After having walked a few kilometres around town, we were looking for a pleasant café around the Zámecké Náměstí. Several interiors were not very appealing, BeFeLeMe had something nice about it.
The coffee was good (not exceptional, but OK), drinks were well made (lots of ice, but good taste). The prices are reasonable and service is excellent. We were looked after by a nice waiter - friendly, funny and not too pushy.
A big thumbs up for the service and definitely a place to recommend for a short- or longdrink.
