Tandil is the main city of the homonymous partido (department), located in Argentina, in the southeast of Buenos Aires Province, just north-northwest of the Tandilia hills. The city was founded in 1823 and its name originates from the Piedra Movediza ("Moving Stone") which later fell. The city is the birthplace of many notable sports personalities, as well as the current president of Argentina Mauricio Macri.

we went with a couple of my friends . and we spent a very good moment talking , drinking and specially eating.
the fodd is fresh, the meat is great .
the point if you not have a reservation and it is a rush hour you have to wait for some time , especially if you are more than 3 or 4.

A very nice and antique place that sells meats and cheese and marmalades. Large variety, good prices. Must visit when in Tandil. Also a place to eat, act as a restaurant.

I went for my birthday meal, and it couldn't have been a more memorable evening. The personal touch changes any restaurant experience from good to great, and this absolutely had that. The owners enjoy what they do and their energy is infectious. And to top it all off there was a bit of piano playing!
The food itself was better than I could have expected, the choice was ample with both the cheese and meat fondue - very well though through!
Such a great, local experience that I would recommend to any person visiting Tandil.

I went with my family, the place it is very nice, soft music. The food is very good , even for kids. We enjoy a lot because the waitress are very kind. I recommend this place to spend a very good moment in Tandil

Warm greetings from the owner Ricardo began a fabulous dining experience. The food was exquisitely presented and a joy to the palette. Reservations are definitely required as it appeared that as many were turned away as those who were seated enjoying the food. My only regret is that I was only able to enjoy one meal this trip. I will return. Gracias Ricardo.

Fuimos el sabado al mediodía con mi familia,el lugar es un bodegón como los de antes,limpio,muy bien atendido,hasta diría personalizado,de entrada una empanada frita muy rica,después te traen chorizo morcilla chichulin rinion asado al asador,tapa de asado,matambre,pollo,ojo de bife y bife de chorizo.
Volveré.

Really popular restaurant in the centre of Tandil. Great value meal and quick service. The place was packed as well and they managed to keep everyone happy. The meal sizes were excellent and I would highly recommend this place.
