Outstanding steak house in Siegen. Best to book in advance as it is busy. Best tenderloin steak I have eaten in a long time. Cooked perfectly throughout. Excellent fresh spinach. Even the double espresso after was outstanding. Its a littel pricey but its worth it for that special occasion or business meal. Not much available parking outside so be prepared to walk a little after parking but the steak is worth it. Good service. English speaking staff. Credit cards accepted.

This is the best place to eat in Siegen, it's one of those 'off the track' restaurants that the locals know, tucked away from the town centre. There's been a recent renovation to the 'winter garden', although it's inside the restaurant with the beautiful wooden beams you want to sit. Over the 8 years I've visited here, this by far is the place that invokes good times and happy memories by the dozen. Staff are super friendly, and the food is 'real portion' sized, fantastically delicious and generous, a real hearty 'pub' feel to it, which many similar restaurants attempt but don't quite crack it. On top of this it not skimping on quality either. By far this gets my top recommendation in Siegen.

It's a restaurant but it's also the best ice cream and dessert you ever tried!!!! The hazelnut ice the yoghurt ice or dark chocolate it's just amazing!!! Then are complicated with fruits, but my favorite a waffle with cinnamon ice cream and a hot chocolate. There's nothing else to say!!!

This place tops everything you have seen with Steaks. They have special US Steaks that melts in your mouth. The service is awesome and you will be delighted by everything. Of course, the price meets the quality.

We had lunch here yesterday with a Group of about 20 People.
Quality in all aspects was great, service, Food.
Our "orders" were taken quickly by the boss, Specials of the day were excellent.
Paying the bill, all separetely went without a glitch. No always common.

Ein Lokal was rustikal aber nett ist. Das Essen war nach der Bestellung schnell da und es war sehr lecker. Es war alles heiß und gut gewürzt. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

I was here for my husband's company Christmas gathering. First impression, the restaurant is a traditional German restaurant. Since it's a very old building and the seats arrangements were tight and the furniture were old too, the seats were not that comfortable and we had backache the whole night. Food was fine but the service was so slow. There were just 2 staffs working there for that night and serving around 20 persons from our group.

The food is just great and if you add the excellent service you can say that is probably the best restaurant in the city, the owner is very kind and always has a smile at his face and that makes you feel more welcome.

We pulled off the highway looking for a place to eat and the first two we tried looked uninviting. We found Athos on TripAdvisor and headed to it. The restaurant is close to the exit and easy to park. Inside the restaurant was nicely decorated. Our waiter was very friendly and spoke English fairly well. His service was outstanding and the food was very good. He went out of his way to figure out how to describe a substitution in one of their desserts which we appreciated. The food was very good and I would definitely stop here again if I drive that way again.
