La Gourmandise est la plus belle des qualités. Christophe Allardon, Chef d'orchestre de ce restaurant à double partition et ancien disciple de plusieurs grandes Maisons Lyonnaises, y égrène ses notes culinaires depuis plus de 18 ans. Cet établissement situé en plein cœur du vieux village de Saint-Priest innove, en véritable artisan du goût et parfaitement relayé par Emmanuel Serra, le savoir-faire enseigné par leurs Pairs ou transmis de génération en génération dans la cuisine familiale depuis les années 50. Deux scènes s'y côtoient: une joyeuse brasserie tournée sur la place en face du Conservatoire de musique et si vous poussez votre curiosité au-delà du porche d’entrée, tel un bijou dans son écrin, la terrasse plus confidentielle ou sa salle à l’étage (et son parking privé) vous révèle son coeur verdoyant lové au fond de la cour, avec une table semi-gastronomique. We have visited this restaurant 2 times to watch football matches of Euro 2016. We were greeted very well by administrator and waiters. They were very busy during the match as the place was very crowded, however they managed to serve us well. This is a spot which I would not recommend to a vegetarian. Carnegy Hall serves meat in all variances. You can even choose special pieces. For lunch time it was crouded but the atmosphere is just brilliant. the dishes are big and cheap. They are served quickly even in rush hours!

A popular lunch place serving delicious pizza and other Italian staples. The pizzas are large, and you will leave well fed, especially if you go for the delicious Tiramisu.
Efficient service. Make sure to arrive before 12.00 to avoid the crowd.
Recommended for a pizza on the Terrace on a sunny day.

I went there by default for a business lunch since there is almost no other "appropriate" places around to eat at noon. It was a nightmare to get serve fast (they told us it was a bad moment since they had only 3 cooks instead...MoreWe apologize not to be a veggie place but we get your message. Il faut connaître! C'est au cœur du marché de gros. J'ai pris à la carte le tartare poêle au couteau (15€), très bon et très copieux. Les plats de mes voisins avaient tout aussi appétissant, si vous aimé la viande allez s'y, j'y retournerais volontiers sans hésiter.

For dinner, choice of à la carte dishes, cold or hot buffet. Cold buffet had a good range of choices. Great crème brulée. Friendly, efficient staff. Fine if staying at hotel, but not worth coming especially.

We had lunch here during a buy weekday in November.
The expectations were set high after seeing the prices and setting! The wines per glass and the service were indeed matching the expectations, but unfortunately the food didn’t impress! My starter with crab and scallops smelled very weird and I almost had the impression it was not really fresh. My steak was not tender at all, but the sauce was great so it helped a bit to chew it away. All-in all I would not go back and probably decide to try another restaurant this area has to offer.

I wanted somewhere good to eat and took the recommendation from Tripadvisor. Very good menu and meal, reasonably priced, great service. Next time I am in the area I will look to say at the hotel.
