Been a long time since i was through Rockdale, and we could hardly wait to eat at Corona's. Yes, the food is way above the best. Yes, portions are huge. Yes, still the cheapest anywhere.
I had the Country breakfast, consisting of two eggs, a large sausage patty between two toasted Texas toast, and smothered in sausage gravy. To die for. The others with us has similar huge plates. No one was able to clean their plate.
Awesome restaurant..

Dairy Queen may be know for its ice cream but the burgers are pretty good too. Rockdale Dairy Queen has improved so much over the last couple of months - the service is so much better now than it was a couple of months ago. Lunch time can be busy but they do their best to work fast!

While on a romantic rendezvous at the Rainbow Courts, another guest at the motel suggested that we try Lee's Landing before we leave Rockdale. I'm so glad I took the time to stop and visit with this guest. Lee's Landing did not disappoint. Lori was our waitress. When we commented that this was our first time dining with them, she brought us complementary tamale balls! Absolutely delicious! Like nothing I've ever had before! A must when you dine at Lee's Landing! And definitely try the chicken fried steak!

We have been here twice. Both times the service and food were good. They have these little cheese filled corney dogs that are great. Friendly little place that shouldnt be missed!

Barbecue was very tasty. Slow smoked flavor of the meat was really outstanding the potato salad was super the pinto bean look like Grandma service was very good I was sad because I didn't get a chance to tried the desert my stomach can hold it anymore everything was super I will tell my friends about sho nuff BBQ thumbs up Milano Texas

Our motel manager actually recommended this to us as a good dinner spot. We were definitely not disappointed with the choices---very standard menu items like chicken, beef, vegetables, & lo meins. My husband opted for his regular--sweet & sour chicken while I opted for the General Tso chicken with vegetables. Both entrees were cooked to order--they tasted fresh & not simply reheated. The waitress was very friendly & attentive--we were pretty thirsty & she kept those unsweet teas coming without prompting. The owner/manager was also there, & she was very involved with her customers as well. Overall, it was a great dining experience! Prices were reasonable & the portions were generous!

I believe I have ate everything on their menu! AND I LOVE IT ALL! Burgers are amazing!!! Grilled chicken sandwich is my favorite, unless I am having the hamburger steak smothered in mushrooms & gravy. Family dining is welcomed. The staff is amazing and friendly along with the owners who always makes you feel like you belong! I enjoy a glass of wine(or 2) with dinner or just visiting friends while listening to great music when bands are scheduled. A great local family owned business.

We saw the good reviews and decided to try this place ourselves. It was worth the drive. Just northeast of Rockdale on FM 908. The hostess and wait staff was on point. The house recipe Ranch dressing is fabulous! My husband had the Mai Mai with mango salsa... delicious! The Burgers were huge. Service was fast and spot on. We will be back. Loved the diversity of the menu. Oh and the margarita was wonderful. This is a hidden gem. Loved the food and the staff.

We had an older waitress who was just rude. We walked in and she motioned for us to sit down. Service was downhill after that. It's a Sunday afternoon 4:30 and not busy but she acted put out because we did not know what we wanted when we sat down. We have never been here. She was frustrated because we ask for an extra bowl of hot sauce.
We ordered, food came quickly but was really no good. Not impressed with any part of the visit. Very little meat on plate. Mostly Poblano pepper pieces covered in a sauce and some cheese.
The nicest person was a short younger lady who delivered our food and refilled our drinks ( they were completely empty)
Check out was not any better service.
Will never stop here again. Would never recommend to anyone.

The Sunday afternoon buffet is delicious and constantly re-stocked with a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes. Fresh salad bar. Good service.
