Ate here on Friday, November 10th for the first time at the suggestion of a friend. Was momentarily disappointed when I read the sign on the exterior wall that said "no credit cards accepted, ATM inside", particularly since I didn't have cash and knew there'd be an ATM fee.
The place was packed and we were told there would be a 25-30 minute wait, which ended up being about 6-7 minutes. Was seated in a comfortable booth. Good selection of food. I ordered the all you could each fish fry. I added a salad and hush puppies with my order. The fish and hush puppies were piping hot and tasty.
Very reasonable pricing. Would return again.

We have enjoyed stopping here often as we visit the CVNP but we very disappointed this visit. Food was inferior and service was terrible. We came for the clam bake although they were not particularly crowded, it took a long time to be waited on, a long time to get our food. My ribs were so dried out, reheated multiple times obviously, that they were inedible. But our young waiter never, ever returned to check on us so was unable to ask for replacement. When he finally brought us a bill and I mentioned it to his, he was mouthy about it "what do you expect me to do about it now" attitude. If I had not had a sleepy 3 year old with our group I would have sought out the manager to complain about food and our server.

I had missed several opportunities to dine at Ken Stewart's in the past and decided to hit it on the way up to the Rocksino before a show. We arrived and were promptly seated. Had terrific service from Melissa. We ordered the oysters Rockefeller which...MoreThank You for choosing Ken Stewart's to celebrate! We look forward to seeing you again soon! Happy Birthday!

We were able to use a section of the bar to host a party which included about 30 adults. The service was fantastic!! Fosters Tavern was very accommodating! Even after the party ended and only a couple of people wanted to stay after and continue drinking, the bartenders were wonderful. They even made sure that everyone had a safe way of getting home and made sure one of them made it home in an Uber. Thanks again!

We have been going to this restaurant since when they first opened. The food is always good. They also have good salads. And excellent desserts. All their deserts are homemade. I recommend the perch, pecan chicken and ribs. They also have great sandwiches.

A bit of a splurge on the budget but very quality ice cream. Staff is friendly and efficient. I don't frequent ice cream places often but I would return to Honey Hut, especially for their salted caramel flavor - so delicious!

D'Agnese's is fabulous Italian dining with a casual, dressy kind of way. Wonderful atmosphere, excellent dishes all the way around - from seafood to meats to pastas - all done to satisfaction. Good service. Priced very nicely. A wonderful surprise and sure to please. Nice!

Country Maid has been serving premium home made ice cream since 1948. I have been visiting since I was a child eating Rainbow and Whitehouse Cherry. There are over 25 flavors of ice cream, including sugar free and fat free. They also make sherbert and yogurt. All are made fresh on location from a natural base and local grown fruit. Two times a week a fresh milk and cream mix is delivered from the dairy. Their ice cream is not made in mass quantities so you are not eating something stored for months. They serve shakes, floats, sundaes, malts, fresh popcorn and pop. They also have an orchard that yields pears, plums, peaches and numerous varieties of apples. Check their website for availability dates. Summer hours are 11 am - 10 pm daily.

Read and heard about Teschner's, but had never been there. Stopped on a Wednesday. As my wife and I walked in, I said it reminded me of places I used to visit with my grandfather in the '50s and 60's. Kevin created us with a big smile, made a few suggestions and took are order. The wings and burgers were among the best we've ever had. Teschner's Tang wing sauce=WOW! We were back a week later with friends who liked it as much as us. Will be one of our regular stops.

We look forward to the pleasure of your company.
This is my third review of Fleming's and unfortunately this one is negative. I have praised this place for years and the food is still amazing but we encountered several issues on this visit. First of all I noticed no one was coming around to refill our water glasses and drink orders. Then one member of our party ordered French Onion Soup and there was a bay leaf in it. Bay leafs are a choking hazard and for anyone not knowing what they are might try to consume one. When I pointed it out to our server, she argued with me and said it was suppose to be in there. I didn't ask to speak to the manager because we were guests of friends that evening. Our server also would argue with me and I guess try to make me look dumb when I would ask simple questions. Other times when my family and I have dined here we have had the best service in the world. Our bill usually runs between $500 to $700 and I expect friendly, attentive and respectful service when I pay this amount of money.
