Who would expect to find the best Indian food in Colorado in Pueblo? But that is what we think of this restaurant. Small, cozy, with friendly wait staff and a nice selection of beer and wine. The food is delicious. I had the tandoori lamb which was perfectly seasoned.

We went to Shamrock for Valentine's Day and it was surprisingly good! The beer was great--rich a full-bodied, and the burger was great. We actually wanted the salmon salad but they were out of salmon, so that was kind of disappointing. But we've been coming...MoreThank you for visiting and we are glad you enjoyed it. I apologize that we were out of fresh Scottish salmon but we purchase in limited quantities to ensure the freshest product. Hope to see you again soon!

Chef/Owner Richard Warner set up a grill in front of his wife's Hopscotch Bakery and grilled hundreds of burgers for folks hungry for something different. He capitalized on the unique flavor of the locally-grown and roasted Pueblo Chile and mixed them right into the beef before grilling. BINGO! The Bingo Burger was born. Cactus Flower Restaurant

Reviewed By teadivamuse - Denver, Colorado

We recently moved to Pueblo and this restaurant is on a lot of local's best of Pueblo list. It is a good solid choice and you will get good renditions of standard Tex-Mex fare at a fair price served by friendly wait staff. The place is gi-normous so you don't have to worry about long waits even if you just drop in. It looks like a chain restaurant but it is not and the food is better. Still, with the plethora of Mexican places here in Pueblo, Cactus Flower blends in rather than stands out.

Not only is the food good here, it has a gourmet taste and presentation. Our friends said the lasagna was the best they ever tasted. The prime rib sandwich and dip also great. Burger done to perfection. A little disappointed in the salad that was supposed to have three colored glanced carrots. It had packaged shredded carrots. Berries on the salad were excellent. Interesting combination of veggies and berries with chicken that should have been hot instead of lukewarm. Enjoyed watching the Olympic opening ceremony on onbe of the big screen Tv's. Husband and son liked their choice of beer. If you want good food and crafted beer great place to come.

Tsunami Sushi Bar. Wok & Grill

Reviewed By brtom - Colorado

I love Tsunami, they have a large menu of delicious Asian dishes as well as sushi and unique roll options. This is usually my go to place if people from out of town are looking for somewhere to go. The service has always been awesome. My one and only gripe are with the rather large vases that sit on the tables. If sitting as a party of four, the two people sitting towards the wall have to lean to see each other. In addition, because of several plates of rolls and entrees on the table, I was fighting with some of the greenery when trying to eat the noodles out of my bowl. The arrangements themselves are pleasing to look at but the size of them overwhelms the modestly sized tables. I think it would benefit the restaurant if these arrangements could be pared down.

Stopped here for breakfast. The service is great and the food was excellent. We each had one of the Mexican breakfasts and they were all excellent. Mexican breakfasts are served all day while American breakfasts are only served in the morning. Had the breakfast burrito smothered in green chili. The staff was very friendly and continually came by to refill coffee and water.

Had lunch here for first time. We had eaten dinner here a few years ago which was excellent. Great lunch menu with something for everyone. Very quant and old place with a lot of history, outside as well as dining room to eat in or out. Friendly and very nice wait staff. We each had a sandwich which was very, very good and lime cheesecake for dessert which was excellent.
