We have been to Cyprus for six years now and when eating out , we always eat at Moustakallis . This restaurant is amazing , the staff are so friendly and the food is excellent. They have lots to choose from on the menu and also do a menu for kids.
You must try this restaurant when visiting Polis, you will not be disappointed !

Close to Michelin quality restaurant - very good food, wine and service. Best meal we’ve had in Cyprus. Particularly enjoyed the partridge ravioli: this dish is just about perfect - we shared a starter. She really enjoyed her sea bass and I loved the wood fired duck (you get a half duck, by the way), and the fresh vegetables broccoli, peppers, onion NHS) were cooked nicely. Try the local brandy as well - really nice.

Nice restaurant with tables evenly spread out. Set menu available which is good value if on a budget. Staff very friendly but was just a little underwhelmed with the food. Might give it another try when it re opens after winter closing. Wine was very nice!

There is something exceptionally pleasant about eating in this traditional restaurant set in the Old Square in Polis. You feel in contact with the local scene whilst enjoying an exceptional fish meal. The food is good and the service friendly. The fact that it is well frequented by the locals, as well as tourists, tells you a lot. Plenty of parking in the area.

The main negative surrounds my wife's requirement for gluten-free food. This was not really well understood, though we muddled our way through explanations. Service was pleasant and the food is decent. The one euro glasses of freshly squeezed orange were delicious.

We had amazing fresh fish, mussaka and good wine after spending all day walking along the coast from Aphrodite baths to the cape Arnaoutis.
Friendly staff and good view by the sea made our meal very enjoyable, furthermore despite winter and strange time (5 pm) it was open.
I loved Greek coffe !

We always have a meal here when we are in Cyprus. We particularly like the fish meze, which at 18.50€ a head, we think is good value. The food is excellent, perfectly cooked, the staff are friendly, the view is lovely, for us the perfect combination. A visit here is a holiday highlight. Look forward to future visits

While spending a day on the beach we stopped off here for lunch. Choice of fresh fish to choose from. Not disappointed with our lunch. Also given advice as to how to get to the tastier parts of the fish ( head) and generally enjoyed our visit. Not expensive for what we got in great location.

Stopped for lunch but did not want an enormous meal so chose the special board mixed fish for €8.90. It was very tasty and just the right size for lunch for me as we wanted to look around the village & surrounds without feeling overfull. The prawn flatbread Sandwich was also good though a little too much sauce
