I have eaten here at the Cheesecake Factory in the Thousand Oaks mall with my family for ages and same great experience. Friendly staff, everyone is attentive and always trying to provide you with the best customer service. No complaints yet! Great food and you have a lot of food choices sometimes It’s a good thing and bad thing at the same time. You really can’t go wrong with Cheesecake Factory it has almost everything. Can’t decide what to get I suggest the Miso Salmon with white rice and extra sauce. Also the chicken bellagio is great (ask for extra sauce just because I feel like they don’t put enough sauce, they would be happy to do that for you) and the chicken and shrimp bang bang is great. I recently just tried there Thai chicken and lime in thier speciality menu that was satisfying and also affordable. if you’re looking for some red meat their steak and potatoes is pretty good. Mind you they have everything! Except pulled pork sandwich they took that away. That was also very good. Hope this helps!!

Found this place on Trip Advisor. Arranged to have dinner with friends we had not seen in years. The food was delicious! We ordered hot and sour soup for 4. It was full of tasty morsels. The four of us ordered three entrees to share. Our server advised us that was plenty for the four of us, and she was right. The entrees came with steamed rice. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the Mongolian pork. We left with full tummies and enough leftovers to feed the four of us a second time! The place is tiny and casual. But it was really a treat to eat there. Our time together flew by. We suddenly realized at 9pm that they had cleaned the place and were politely waiting for us to leave. We’ll be back!

Arrived around 4pm for dinner with window booths still available. Chad our waiter was personable and patient; we weren't in a hurry. The grilled corn chowder, cauliflower appetizer special, and the kale & manchego salad were all excellent. The cilantro lime chicken tiny tacos were tasty. Unfortunately, the chicken sausage and burrata rigatoni was not flavorful and the pasta was overcooked. Chad described the special dessert as a chocolate moose, but it was definitely mocha. We will return and try other items.

The food and service was excellent. They had Manhattan clam chowder tonight (which I prefer over the creamy New England). We both had fish which was perfectly cooked. The problem, and reason we don't come here more often, was the noise level from other customers. This is a very common problem. The basic acoustic design is poor and tables too close.

Wanted to try another new place and my daughter took me here. I decided to get the moscato sangria brunch cause it was on special (5.00). It was okay, wouldn't order again, rather pay the money for something else I like better. My daughter ordered the tangerine thyme margarita (8.75) Lunazul repposado tequila, fresh citrus puree and thyme.. which I drank part of that after I finished my sangria. I liked it better. My daughter also ended up ordering the Huckleberry Bourbon Shrub (8.95) buffalo trace bourbon, house made wild huckleberry shrub and fresh basil, which was very good. For food she ordered the wok fired calamari (11.50). I think this is an appetizer but really it is a full meal, comes with rice. It came in strips with plum sauce, peanuts and bell peppers. It was very good and unusual...not your usual fried stuff with dipping sauce. I think hey use calamari steaks and slice them thin and work fry. I had to order the chilaquiles (9.25). They called my name. I must say these were good but not as good as the man who makes them at my daughter's work. They would have been better I think with more scrambled eggs, they had the eggs, tortillas, cheddar and jack cheeses, racnchero sauce, cilantro, black beans and salsa...they also came with a tapatio creama...glad I asked if it was spicy and she said the creama was so we put it on the side...so glad I did. Service was good. I would go here again.

Te menu is geared mostly towards drinking, so if you are hungry, pick another restaurant. Service was friendly, but the food was simply not impressive - bland and presented with a lack of pride. Best food was the home fried potato chips that came before the meal.

We and our friends go as a group of about 20 for Holiday Dinner. It is good home cooking and great atmosphere for Thanksgiving Dinner. Go early in the day as many groups linger after dinner which delays your group's reservation from starting on time.

Freeway convenient and has a drive through. I mention the drive through as it gets crowded inside the restaurant. Service is friendly, restrooms are clean and it is a good rest stop when traveling on Highway 101.
Try the animal style French fries. Quite a treat. Or the double double, regular fries, and a chocolate milkshake.

I had looked at the reviews for Pickles and many were very high but what we experienced was just the opposite. We were there for lunch and decided on an Italian sandwich and choose the sourdough bread and potato salad to go with it. They also had a hard salami sandwich but I wanted to be sure that ours would be the Italian salami so I asked specifically before ordering. The sandwich was listed as either a half sandwich and for about 75 cents more we could get a full sandwich so we ordered the full sandwich to share. When our meal arrived the sandwich was in the middle of a plate, cut in half with no other items like an olive, lettuce, etc. The halves were not even big enough to feed a child except if you ate all the meat and Italian salami is only good served together with cheese and other Italian meats. Nothing else was served with it or on it except the potato salad in a small bowl and what they called pickles which were nothing more than a cucumber quartered and sprinkled with some vinegar mix. The Italian salami was not the nice large slices but was what I call the small hard salami which I did not want. There was no cheese nor other deli meats with it. The bread was thin and didn't even have a sourdough taste but was more like white French bread with salami stuffed between the bread. This was the smallest "full" Italian sandwich I have ever had. Italian sandwiches are one of our favorites and a whole one is always large, full of various Italian meats and some cheese and plenty to feed both of us. The only items available to add some flavor to the dry bread was mustard or mayonnaise and I had to ask for oil and vinegar. Every Italian sandwich I have ordered always has something on the bread like flavored olive oil. The service was okay but we went at 3 in the afternoon and certainly not a busy time. The sandwich with 2 iced teas was $20.00 which I though was high for just slapping a bunch of meat between 2 pieces of bread! The only reason I am not giving them a 1 is because they did put a lot of meat between the bread but Italian sandwiches are not piled thick and high like pastrami to enjoy but have layers of several different kinds of Italian deli style meat with cheese. We won't be going back again.

Saffron has a good lunch buffet with an assortment of meats and vegetarian options. The service is always quick and you can get out fast if needed.
