The food was good, but nothing extraordinary. In my opinion, it is an overpriced restaurant. I do not plan to return.

Orbis Caffe

Reviewed By Steve D - Boston

While staying at the new Springhill Suites a few doors down on Washington Road, I ventured out and tried this local cafe. I had a hearty breakfast including a cup of oatmeal and a toasted bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese as well as a good, strong, well-made caffe latte for about $15. This was not cheap, especially because the oatmeal portion was very small - about six bites. But the oatmeal was made with milk and very tasty. The service was friendly. While I was siting there, several locals came in for coffee and the staff was friendly to everyone. It felt a bit less neighborhood-y than I would have expected. But overall it was a positive experience. The food and the coffee will bring me back. Long live local coffee places!

Never would have thought we could find such a great place in a small town. Superlative in all aspects; service, intimacy and superior cooking. Downstairs, the flavor of a neighborhood watering hole, upstairs a fine dining experience. Dining menu is thoughtful, not over done and well executed. The cocktails were also delicious. Very much new destination for us.

Had breakfast here with my son this past Sunday. It's a very small place with limited seating but don't let that stop you from trying this place. It was very busy but our waitress was very attentive and the menu selection was large. Our food arrived hot and delicious. Can't wait to return and try again but this time for their lunch menu.

Atria's Restaurant & Tavern

5 of us for dinner on a Friday night. We had a great time with the bartender "John", we were challenging him with "special" martini's. Key Lime, toasted coconut, ginger snap. He came over to our table and told us he was having a great time because "I knew the way you were ordering, you weren't from Pgh". On to dinner. We had the fresh pretzels with brown mustard and one of the group wanted cheese sauce. Our waiter "Karl" (with a K) came back with cheese soup for dipping, it was incredible. The lobster bisque had lobster you could see and identify! Rate that one a 5 star. 2 of us had veal piccata, excellent, tender and just the right hint of lemon. Served with side of linguini and roasted crisp asparagus. The salad by the way had bacon, onion, tomatoes, shredded cheddar, lettuces, large and fresh. Crab cakes were another favorite, just enough filler to hold together. Fresh taste and seasoned with just a tough of Old Bay and lemon ) They also had a full menu of Octoberfest specials from brats and wursts to old fashioned apple strudel, which one of us ordered. Huge portion served with vanilla bean ice cream. I can't say enough about of server Karl. He was by far the best any of our group have ever had. He also spoke loudly enough we could hear what he said without him having to repeat it 4 times. He was pure and simple a pleasure. We went back the next night, but only the bar this time as festivities had already been planned. John remembered us from the night before and again, had fun with ordering our "tini's". This restaurant has 4 other locations, these are privately owned by the same family. Please give this one a try so I can live vicariously thru others posting about this great place.

Friends of our had been telling us about this place for at least a year, but timing never seemed to work until recently. We had gone to a movie nearby and that was our chance. On a Saturday, in spite of a snow storm, the place was packed, but it is a local bar, and the locals can get there easily. We each had hamburgers that night, and they are among the best the city has to offer. Period. They come with their own chips, coleslaw or fries. The burgers are done to order and will come out rare if you want. They are large and wonderful The chips were good, but not hot. Needless to say, we have been back, the hamburgers continue to please, and I have tried the wings, which were very meaty and very good, and our granddaughter and another friend each tried the quesadillas and reported them to be excellent as well. The kitchen is small and is not the fastest, but they have candy on the tables to munch on while you wait. Obviously the kids love that, but the adults do too! We have been back twice already, and expect to be back much more.

I have Been eating here for years. Love the food and have always enjoyed the interesting and affordable wine selection . Wow last night I could not believe my eyes at the dramatic increase in the price of the wines. All of the wines. I am a wine importer and know prices and spend a lot of money on wine but the prices where ridiculous. Very disappointed and may not return

Although the atmosphere is somewhat upscale, there is a very comfortable feel here. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable, but not at all intrusive. The view is spectacular from any table. AND THE FOOD!! I've been here 3 times with groups of four people, and every meal has been incredible, from the bread/butter selection, to the wonderful desserts. Appetizers and entrees are unique and imaginative, and cooked to perfection.

We went to LUMA last night. Ive been wanting to try this restaurant for literally years. So glad we finally got there. We started with the baked Brie appetizer...which was very good. Different! I highly recommend. My hubby had the special which was Mahi Mahi with a creole cream sauce and couscous. My parents both had the crabcake salad and loved it. I had the single crab cake and the goat cheese beet salad...it was wonderful and their crab cakes did not disappoint. I made reservations...but we didnt need them for an early dinner..maybe bc it's a holiday weekend...not sure. I will definitely return to Luma...as well as recommend to friends. Very nice restaurant...and server was very sweet
