Look for the sign, is located in a white food trailer like you see at fairs and festivals. Friendly and quick staff, with just enough items to choose from. Prices are very reasonable.

Stopped due to the high ranking. Very disappointed. Food was average good, neither exceptional nor substandard. Reasonable prices, good service. Food delivery a bit slow, nearly 30 minutes for fried chicken and a taco salad. Otherwise, no complaints, just not particularly impressed.

This was a terrific discovery! You won't be sorry you took the time to stop here in this small town. The restaurant has specials of the day that are fresh and delicious along with TRUE Homemade pies...not just "homeBAKED"! There's a difference! Actual homemade potato salad and cinammon rolls. You can even call in and get a to-go if you're in a hurry.

Dos Primos is an average Mexican restaurant. The food is good, but not great. The drinks are much better than the food. For a town the size of Monroe City, this is not a bad place to eat. I have eaten here before & will no doubt eat here again.

Wasn't expecting to find a buffet in Monroe City, but I did at Monroe Family Restaurant. Place was clean, service excellent, and food was way better than I expected. Larry there was knowledgeable in the choices, and provided excellent service. He seemed to know everyone eating there. Buffet had ham, chicken, polish sausage with kraut, short ribs, busquits, gravy, hashbrowns, several soup, breaded shrimp, red velvet cake, custom omlets, manicotti, and several other entrees. All I tried seemed fresh and hot. All for $7.95. Larry says the Sunday buffet is even better. I can certainly say that I'll be back. Thanks

Lunch here while visiting customers nearby, said we had to get the tenderloin. Right as rain. Both the grilled and breaded version were phenomenal. Yes there is a steak knife served with your sandwich, because it helps to trip the pork before eating, unless you have forearms like Popeye. This is one serious sandwich. Seasoned fries accompany well. Refrain from the lemonade if possible though. Should've figures, it is a country bar after all.

You're kidding me, right? We went to this "cafe" and had some of the most sub-par food I've ever had. Not only was the service poor but their idea of "Fruit of the Day" was...are you ready...a CUP OF FRUIT COCKTAIL! OMG! REALLY? REALLY? Passing by the doors of THIS cafe from now on!

If you have ever been to a Subway than you know everything there is to say. Seen one you've seen them all. Service is the only possible thing that distinguishes one from another. The service in this subway is very good.

Tiny little diner with home cooked meal . Had the roast beef special and it was good . The type of food you would get from grandmas . No frills . Good home cooking . Wanted to try a homemade cinnamon roll but was full ! Maybe next time
