Been coming here for over 20 years, and despite the change of name/ownership, still a lovely meal and great value too. Great family, with little Maria fast becoming a friend. Finding the toilet is a unique challenge here! Absolutely love this place, sums up why Kalymnos is so special. Highly recommended. Loukomades and melon dessert such a treat!

I got to Kokkinindis in 2015 at the end of the season in November because they were the last open and did my favourite lamb to die for like no one else does.
This year I returned because I'm now a goat fan. I'd already tried one restaurant which I will never return to and won't disgrace them by mentioning the name of the Taverna.
But goat I didn't get all I got was bones.
Here they not only do the goat, but what a goat lovely rice and lemon potatoes cooked in the oven all day.
The food Rita serves in Kokkinindis has flair, Style, flavour it's just special.
They have EVERYTHING you are looking for on their menu, lovely cocktails. Great atmosphere on the second floor. Lovely lanternas light the restaurant which is two tavernas that join together.
My husband had left early had to go back to work in the UK I was even asked to sit with the family twice and they where very hospitable and friendly to me.
I had my last 4 nights there and what a lovely experience I had.
Professional staff, excellent service, and every tourist I talked to had been there at least 2-3 times.
Surely that says a lot for this gem of a place
If I get back to Kalymnos, that's where I'll have dinner.
She also gives you a lovely desert made of soft flour and honey called I think cluclunados..., hum I think I got the name wrong.
I strongly recommend you make a reservation and BE on time!!

You can't help to feel like you have known these people forever- we slept in very late one day, but where still greated with open arms, and they made us a wonderful breakfast. We came back to eat dinner here, and eventhough our daughter has to have foods with no milk, they managed to make her the most wonderful pizza she had ever had- with just the things she said she wanted on it. We adults tried a mix grill and loved it! Huge portions, you wont go hungry away from this place. Absolutly wonderful foods and staff.

Never been disappointed here. Excellent location with stunning views . Menu regularly updated and always has something new to try. Try the lamb for two. Make sure you leave room for desserts though. Can't fault this place. Recommend you book in advance though. Just pop in and book. Pick your table too.

This restaurant is near the Plaza hotel at Massouri, Kalymnos in the main street of Massouri. It has amazing view looking down the sea and the food is amazing and at very good price. The owner, Miltos, is a young man with very good communication skills. One can tell that he loves his job!

A popular restaurant with views over Talendos, friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere and the food was of an outstanding quality, particular favourites were the shrimp balls and the Lam special (25 Euros for two) which in reality was a large lamb joint thta would have served four.

We used this bar for our breakfast most days.Lovely guy manages this place.He is so welcoming and remembers you every year.Food is very good.Service very efficient.Bar is clean.Great central location.

Such a friendly, traditional Greek Taverna, with stunning views of the island of Telendos from the veranda.
A fantastic, warm friendly welcome from Stelios and his boys. Maria prepares and serves a very big choice of traditional Greek fare. There are also daily specials available.
Good choice of Greek beers and wines, the ouzo is also very good quality.
Whether it's a light lunch, dinner or just drinks sat outside in the square, the service its first class, friendly and cheerful.
I certainly recommend a visit if staying in Massouri.

This place just has the best vibe with the owners putting all the elements together beautifully creating the ideal place for family and friends to meet and eat and enjoy each other's company. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The mum chef is amazing and the food reflects this.
Group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed each meze, drinks and atmosphere. Great variety of food, from authentic Greek to some wonderful creations, from meat lovers to vegetarians at a 50:50 balance. I'm not vegetarian however I must admit I found the vegetarian dishes DELICIOUS!!!!
