We have just eaten here for the first time after a recommendation from friends. We ate in the large room with the wonderful vaulted ceiling and our expectations were exceeded. Every course was inventive and delicious and the presentation was exquisite. Not to be missed.

Delicatessen

Lunch at Delicatessen in town centre. €10 for plat du jour (for me pork kebabs and jacket potato in butter) and chicken panko and frites for daughter. A Coke and a beer for €3 each. Nice waiter served pleasantly and efficiently keeping an eye on our needs. Food was very nice and we sat outside in the shade of the large church.

Restaurant Le Chateau du Port

Reviewed By Dr_Bill_11 - London, United Kingdom

A great value, (though not especially cheap) 3 course set menu for dinner from which we chose foie gras de canard (smooth and creamy), a grilled half lobster (very fresh, served with celeriac mash and maybe a hit of Pernod) and a light as air ile flottante.
We unwittingly chose an evening when they had live music and my heart sank when I found out. However, the band (Hot Foot Powder) was very talented and produced a great atmosphere.
Very efficient and friendly service even though under pressure from a party of 16.

Ets Tarbouriech Le St Barth

We will be happy to welcome you in our farmhouse to introduce you to our work, our products and share unforgettable moments beside our beautiful lagoon... We are not restaurant but passionate oyster farmers. This place is very dear because this is where our story began. Indeed, our grandfather left the viticulture to begin in oyster farming with our Barthelemy's cousins in the 60s. When Eric Barthelemy quit his oyster business, we bought her farmhouse and oyster beds in order to keep our family memories. In 2011, our tasting place of Special Tarbouriech oysters was born : Le St Barth'. Besides mussels and oysters "solar", we selected regional specialties like "Tielle Setoise" and "tapenades". And of course some good regional wine bottles with these dishes. Hope to see you soon in this little paradise corner...

Superb oysters in a simply stunning setting. Our visits to this restaurant are always a pleasure, but our most recent visit was very special: the oysters were the best we'd ever had, anywhere, and the setting cannot be beaten. Service is prompt and charming, and sitting at the edge of the lagoon, in the shade, with your feet in the sand, while eating the best shellfish just can't be beaten. Then a nice stroll on the pontoon before leaving. A lovely place.
