There are many excellent pizza shops in the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton Penna area. Some are extraordinary exceptional and this is definitely one of them. I had not visited the establishment for several years since I no longer live in the area. Finally got there on 01/27/2017 and was extremely satisfied just as the prior visits. The extra 10 minute drive North on PA 309 from Wilkes-Barre is well worth it. Cannot wait to return again when I am back in the area. Hint-order the pizza with onion and you won't be disappointed. My complements to the owner and the employees this is one great restaurant.

We were in the area for business and this place was recommended to us. Our first impression was not great as we entered through the bar area that smelled of mildew and a challenging walk to the front of the reception area, however, that was our mistake. WE had our 91 year old mother with us and yet the hostess took us to the furthest table in the restaurant in she had to conquer quite a large step to a raised area. There was only 2 tables being occupied. I said to the hostess that I wish she would have seated us closer so my mother didn't have to walk so far. She was young and quite snotty when she rudely responded "she looks fine to me, she doesn't have a walker or wheelchair"! Wow, I almost let my bad side out because I find it disturbing for someone to judge a person's ability. The truth is, I myself have arthritis very bad and I perceived her attitude uncaring and offensive. Once we got settled we were greeted by a very nice server who did a great job taking care of us. We all got the crab soup that was delicious. I simply couldn't come to a Greek restaurant without ordering the lamb souvlaki. Both my husband and I said it was ok but not a lot flavor as we are accustomed to. I wish I would have ordered the crab ravioli. Their menu had a lot of choices and everything looked good coming out. Our mother ordered tilapia and she said it was very good. Other than our entrance with that unkind snotty young hostess I would still recommend trying this place. I might add this hostess also brought our bread and she all but threw it on our table in which one of the rolls fell out. It is a shame that one person can make a negative tone on an otherwise good place.

From the first time I visited and had that multi grain bun with bacon, lettuce, tomato and avacado to the last time when it was kale salad and soup.... this place rocks. The food is just delicious, everything I have ever eaten, delicious. The only thing bad about the place is how early it closes.

My wife and I were visiting her sister who lives not too far from this establishment and were bragging how good the food was, when they said they served scrapple, I said lets go. We live in north GA and no matter where you go for breakfast around here, no one serves scrapple and few even serve SOS. In my opinion, any "real" diner worth its salt will serve both for breakfast. Just goes without saying.
There was 6 of us and we went around 11:00 on a sunday and had to wait for a table as there were several folks ahead of us -- which is a good sign.
Once seated, had to wait about 5 minutes before our server came over to take our beverage order -- but the place was packed, so understandable and we were in no hurry. I had two eggs over medium well with scrapple, one of the others order chipped beef over potato's, personally I like my SOS over toast or biscuits but it looked great and they said it was. When they brought my eggs and scrapple, my god what a piece of scrapple, it was almost the size of a dollar bill but almost an inch thick. My only complaint was that my eggs were not medium well as ordered, as some of the white was not cooked thru I could have sent it back but I ate it anyway because I was starving.
Chucks Main Street diner is a fairly typical PA diner -- a good thing -- with good food and large portions and reasonably priced. If we ever get back to the area would gladly go back again.

We are the official Microbrewery/BrewPub of Northeast PA's coal region. Our craft brews are dedicated to the hard working people who have been and still are examples of our rich heritage.
Breaker Brewing Company is a little gem of a place, with great people great service great beers and good food and a friendly atmosphere. I Loveth PA was my favorite IPA I didnt try any others, I plan to go back for that. Also the panniis are great but the real hit of the night were the pickles, lol yes they make their own pickles, and they are the best i've ever had!

The Lemon Drop Cafe is a unique, locally owned neighborhood cafe. Start with our famous boneless bites and move into our unique soups, salads and sandwiches.
The Lemon Drop Cafe is a great little place. We've been here for lunch and had take out. The house made Hummus is terrific. They have Asian style chicken bites with crispy noodles and a Teriyaki sauce that are really good. The salads and sandwiches are excellent too. I like the Spicy Chicken Panini, it's shredded chicken and cooper cheese with some zip to it. The people that run it are very nice and have a lot of experience. It can be a little tough to find but Church St. is off Shoemaker St. in Swoyersville. This is one of the best lunch spots on the west side.

Andy Perugino's has had consistently great food and service thru its entire existence. The pricing continues to be very good for what is arguably the best food in the area and the service is always friendly and prompt. This place is one our areas best kept secrets. When I have business company coming from out of town the first thing they want to know is if we can have dinner at "Andy's" ? Andrea is doing a great job of maintaining the traditions that have made Andy Perugino's special: Great Food and Service at fair prices!

We dine here quite often and it's always delicious dinners with gourmet presentation. Most recently I ordered the salmon served with white bean ragu and kale. Excellent! Others had swordfish and chicken entrees and were equally pleased. Every time we are there a manager stops by to check if all is well with service and meal. All of the servers are friendly and efficient. It's a reliable place to dine, looking forward to going back, As a side note, we've also gone to the cooking shows and that's a great idea for something different with the informative, entertaining chef Kim and step by step a tasty meal is prepared.

Bonless chicken bits were very good. Can get in a variety of flavored sauces. Garlic parmesan was delicious. Good cheesburger and philly cheese steak. Topped off with onion straws that were just as good. Waiter Steven was very friendly and attentative without being over board.
