We were staying at the Buntes Haus and chose to have dinner there.
We both had a venison steak along with spaetzle and Brussels sprouts. It was superb. We manage to find room for a great apfel strudel for dessert.
Service was perfect - a young lady who spoke excellent German - rare in Seiffen - and a quiet older gentleman. The place was very busy - it must have been canine night - there were three dogs sitting at their masters' feet....

Beautiful old world building with wonderful wooden toys featured throughout. The meals were fabulous and presented in a timely manner. The wait staff is great, knowledgeable and their English is very good. The desserts are so good, you might want to skip dinner and go straight to the desserts but you would miss out on some fantastic meals. Highly recommended.

Our favorite restaurant in Germany! The food is always excellent and reasonably priced. The service is outstanding! And the view is great. We have had several family celebrations there and the owner - Herr Mueller- has always done the most wonderful buffets for us. Love it there!!!!

nekuřácká restaurace, výborné jídlo, hezké prostředí. Je to dobré místo i na kafčo pro maminky s kočárkem. Je zde výtah, spousty místa pro kočárek vedle stolu, klid a nekuřácké prostředí.

This restaurant is a combination of styles, something between a pub and a restaurant, high ceilings, all in wood.
The menu offers a wide choice of meals, although vegetarians may find the choice quite slim (unsurprisingly in the Czech Republic). The wine list is adequate.
The staff were very helpful and nice, but I and not sure if they speak other languages than Czech and perhaps German.

Zajdu sem obcas na obed. Z me oblibene nabidky zde nic nechybi, kdo nechce cekat, muze si objednat jidlo na cas telefonicky, za to velke plus!

I have stopped here attracted by the italian name and I was right! !
Inside the place is very cute and italian style.
Food is more than excellent and you can find italian dishes very very deliceous. I tasted a suprem spaghetti carbonara!!!
I would suggest it to anyone who likes italian food and also to all italians could be around these places.

We spend a dinner there. They have lots of Italian food, nothing special but it's worth it. The place is not expensive. When we were there the service was a little bit slow, and we got a different dessert, not what we ordered. Of course the design following the nautical line, it was a little bit strage that far from the sea.

Pěkné prostředí, zvláště v létě, s dětmi či psem, pro každého milovníka jídla venku, měli jsme několik druhů jídla: polévky v pořádku, hlavní jídla (a nikoliv levná), zejména maso, zcela přesušené, na hranici poživatelnosti. Levnější menu obědové prý celkem v pořádku, neozkoušeli jsme. Na reprezentativní večeři raději ne, je nutno počítat se vším.

It is a good place for lunch , even on a busy Friday lunchtime, service was very quick and friendly, good choice of food, good portions well presented and very filling. Prices are very reasonable and the selection of beer excellent.
