We were in this restaurant two years ago, and it was on average. But now they serve perfect soups, wonderful main courses and tasty cups of coffee and "kuchen". Staff was willing and good-humored. Very good beers.
The restaurant is newly renovated and clean.
Warmly recommended. Don't miss

The place where is the cafe and its facilities negatively surprise. But cakes and coffee are really good. Everything is too expensive. The owner is very confident, she was very succesful woman, but now she has her coffee shop in the village and should be enjoyable and modest. It is only rock and roll. Her husband is a funny person.
Simply professional cakes and amateurish coffee shop

Nebespán café is a nice a stylish french restaurant and café with high quality of gastronomy. We have french chef and our own pastry chef. You can also have nice breakfast and we serve delicious café and cakes. In the summer you can eat on the Terrace with nice view to the historical square and Mountains.

If you happen to be to this forgotten country, it is must to visit this caffe. This caffe is superior to most of similar places even compare to Prague or Vienna. Try baked tea, espresso or any of home-made sweets or marmelade. Very nice and friendly service.

The very good experience. They are ready for a family with children, have well assembled menu. The good quality food, the best baby food /fish and chips/ in the restaurant during the last three weeks. Very interesting selection of wines and beers.
The staff is in a good shape, except it is a teenage girl who is out of place.
I can recommend

Early in May, this was the only restaurant open in Antýgl or Rokyta. And they probably knew it since the food should have been priced at cca 1/3 less to provide an average value for money ratio.
I had the typical Czech meal "Svíčková + bread dumplings": the dumplings and sauce were about average, the meat awfull (difficult to cut and eat). My daughter ate roasted duck with bread dumplings and red cabbage. The duck was okay, the cabbage full of fat (I mean it literally floated in oil).

Newly built brewery with restaurant is very nice both internally and externally. But goulash soup was lousy, the main dish very average. The beer is good, nonalcoholic homemade lemonades were nasty. The staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. All, food and drinks are really expensive
Beer is not everything, Mr Lyer

After we have visited some restaurants in the past days in the NP Sumava, we arrived in Kvilda and looked for a restaurant. The restaurants so far were like mass production, the food was always ok, but nothing special.
Near the lift and in the tourist region we did not expect anything different.
Already the menu was very interesting and definitely everybody can find something.
I had the rumpsteak, my wife had noodles with mushrooms and we shared a salad.
Everything was great, have not eaten that good for a longer time. We really enjoyed our meal.
We will definitely come back.

Pred 2 lety i letos jsme po prochazce v mrazivem pocasi navstivili tento podnik. Pekny vyber napoju i sladkosti.
