Carmine’s is a wonderful treat of a restaurant— full of family nostalgia and smiling faces. Carmine greets you at the door and guides you in to the historical old house-turned-restaurant, where you are seated at unassuming tables with very simple table settings. The whole place envelops you like your grandma’s house would. Each day they offer two dinner options. Ours was either fettuccine Alfredo or cheese ravioli, paired w meat plates of sausage and meatballs in red sauce. The food is amazing. In fact, we found ourselves distracted from the conversation we had started before the food came, and talked about the food the entire time we ate. We paid our bill and walked out the door, only to have my seven year old daughter spontaneously run up to Carmine himself and give him a huge hug. I’m not kidding— that’s the kind of place this is. Unique, charming, unassuming, inviting, warm, and it offers stand alone old school Italian cooking. What a beautiful little gem.

Foodies Brick & Mortar

Reviewed By CSqured - Kailua, Hawaii

We stopped here based on its extremely high TripAdvisor rating. It is a small, casual restaurant with a disjointed staff, they all seemed to be running around a bit randomly. The food sounded good on the menu but was underwhelming in execution—nothing bad (the fries were very good) but nothing spectacular or worth going back for. And we were all starving after a four hour drive to get to Kennewick. I get a better taco salad at Chipotle, and the pulled pork sandwich was advertised as being slightly spicy but lacked much flavor in general.

My husband grew up in the TriCities. We live in Spokane. When we visit his mom, we frequently go out to eat. On the whole, I've been very underwhelmed with the food in the Pasco/Kennewick/Richland area. Masala is a nice surprise. The food is flavorful...MoreThank you Cheryl . We appreciate for your amazing review. We hope to see you again at restaurant . Thank you Management

Legendary Food, Legendary Service

Reviewed By pers0nalview - Joseph, Oregon

Staying right down the street I decided to try this place and was very satisfied with my choice. I was seated promptly. The hostess was very friendly. The wait person was right there for my order and the food came pretty quickly. I had the ribs and it was a great choice. The meat fell off the bone, was very tasty with a flavorful bbq sauce on them. It came with two sides. I did the chili which was fantastic and the steak fries which were seasoned and again a great choice. The wait person checked back several time. I was impressed with both the food and the service. I would definitely be a return customer the next time in the area.

Twigs is the go-to spot for my daughter and I each Christmas season. A few martini's & we're ready to shop!
Seriously though, food is excellent, service has been great every time, absolutely no complaints.
Except maybe one;
I introduced my wife to the lemon drop martini. She liked it so much that I had to figure out how to make them. :-)

Varied menu and food is tasty and well presented. Appears understaffed just about every time we're there. Tried Sunday brunch which should be easy but little luck with water and coffee refills. Decent senior menu which we appreciate, way too much food otherwise. A beautiful building in an upcoming area.. Burgers are all good and fish and chips also.

Between the Buns

We are the Tri-Cities only hotdog and sausage specialty restaurant. We started as a small hotdog stand in downtown Kennewick in 2008. We have since grown to include 3 hotdog carts a full restaurant and a newly purchased food truck. In 2013 we were named 3rd best place to get a hotdog in the US by esquire magazine. We carry many different kinds of dogs and sausages. Including Pork, beef, polish, german, italian, bratwurst, and several more. Always trying to bring in local made products when ever possible. Also on our menu is vegetarian and gluten free options. Most of our dogs are gluten free and we carry gluten free buns and make our own gluten free corn dog batter.

First things first. My wife can be difficult to please at a restaurant. She isn't that picky, she just expects things a certain way. I figured the kids and I might be the only ones to enjoy this place. I couldn't have been more wrong. She is happy to go back anytime.

The selection of dogs here is phenomenal, the fries are great, the drink variety is large. In short, zero complaints and our highest recommendation.

It was Sally's BD, and I had planned Anthony's in Richland. Sally just wasn't hungry for that kind of mal, so we compromised and did what she wanted, going to one of her "go to" spots, HOP JACKS in South Ridge.

The photos from the hop framing industry provide a nice themed decor. PLace is clean and very welcoming. Gas fireplace was on, and it gave a comfortable ambience.

I had the mush room burger; Sally had the deluxe burger. Godd sandwiches, each, and the fries were good. Nice side salads.

Its not the cheapest burger in TriCities, but it is one of the better ones.

Nice service.

We'll go back.

This is a converted food truck with that kind of very interesting and unique items on their menu. The people are very nice and helpful. I had a beef burrito with their sissy sauce (mild) and my wife had a curry chicken mango sandwich with pineapple salsa (also mild). They have a wide range of salsas including a walnut salsa, I think. All the salsa are available for self service. They have a few tables outside to sit at, but no bathroom.

Greatly appreciated Alma and her concern that we had been ignored. We had not, we understood the birthday party had everyone's attention. But, she really showed customer service in her attitude. The ceviche was Fresh and delicious. As others have indicated, the quesadilla was a huge portion. The house margaritas were good. We were just passing through town, and this was a great choice for dinner.
