The atmosphere is chill and we had a great, relaxing dinner. We got the Confit de Canard, Steak Frites and Creme Brulee for dessert. All were masterfully prepared and delicous, the servers were attentive. Would definitely come here again when I am in the area..Really quite reasonably priced for the high quality dishes served at this location.

Jacks is the closest thing to an expat bar in jining, Nicole and Robert the owners are lovely people always very helpful and work there 7 days a week all year round! If you're looking to meet expats try this place!

First of all expect significantly better service than a US KFC. The chicken used is normally dark meat, which is a good thing. Expect a larger focus on sandwiches than fried chicken.
If you want to try a similar restaurant that is Chinese owned, check out Dico's.

比较失望的小吃，说是章鱼丸子，简直就是面粉丸子，里面的章鱼只有小拇指指甲盖那么大，一点都不夸张，软塌塌的很容易陷下去，口感也不好。就是吃面粉的感觉，价格还挺贵，一盒10多块就几个，柴鱼干给的分量也特别少。

鸡肉并不是很多，而且很多用的是骨头多的那些部分，不过味道做的挺入味的，很下饭。尤其喜欢里面的土豆块和小芦笋，做的都很入味了。还有加热的锅，不过加热太久会很干，味道就更咸了要注意一下。

This was my first visit since 2013. I can say in early 2016 the food is still very good and the atmosphere has been maintained.
Another plus is that they display all of their dishes when you order so you can get an idea of what you want if you don't remember all the Chinese names of your dishes.

A Manchurian restaurant. It is called Spring Rolls in Chinese, We ordered a plate of crepes, a serving of vegetables and a serving of pork strips. Then we made our own wraps (spring rolls) from the food we ordered. Tasted very good. The next table ordered a dish that the waitress had to do some shaking before serving it on the table. As we were afraid we would not be able to finish the food, we did not order that. Just as we left the restaurant, the staff sounded a 'gong' and said very nice Chinese blessing phrases to us.
