Chuck's is located on the Little Red River, has a great menu with great prices, terrific service, and delicious food. The last time I was there, I had brisket that was perfectly cooked, creamy mashed potatoes, and green beans. They're the best in the area.

Try the biscuits and gravy!! Believe it or not this was the best biscuits and gravy that we have ever had in a restaurant!! The donuts are very good and fresh also. My husband had a egg, ham and cheese croissant and he said it was delicious. The girls that work there are so nice. This is a very good place to eat breakfast!!

This place used to be awesome, and the owner would not only wait on you at times, but she would walk the floor to say hi to her guests and make sure they are happy. It's nothing like that anymore as the owner is apparently gone, and the last few times I've been there my order took entirely too long, and was incorrect. Instead of apologizing and correcting it, they make excuses. Quality doesn't justify the price, and you'll be treated much better if you're a local that they know. Go to Chuck's diner for lunch. They actually appreciate your business.

Went to this family restaurant on Saturday afternoon after fishing. Wonderful food. Had their chicken livers, easily the best I have had. Son-in-law had the 4-bone ribs, taste will challenge anywhere in Arkansas. Would and do highly recommend ig you are anywhere in the area.Thank you so much for telling us of your experience and for mentioning your menu items as well!!! I've been eating here for years. Our favorite place to eat in Heber. You will not leave hungry. Also, they offer free beans and hushpuppies for an appetizer. Great food and a large selection. And, be careful not to walk by the desert cooler or you will have to get one, they are amazing and pretty, too. lol

Without a doubt the chicken and dumplings and chicken fried chicken are better than any I have ever had including my own grandmothers! As I told Peggy...a special for the day should be chicken fried chicken with chicken and dumplings poured on top. That is how I ordered mine and it was unbelievable! Our first time to Heber Springs and our friends told us to go here. I had no idea how good it would be. Little Rock needs for Peggy to come to the big town and teach people how to really cook here! Her food would go viral on youtube NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!

This was a very nice, friendly family type place, and the parking lot was pretty full on a Sunday morning. But we were seated quickly, and the service was reasonably fast, and very friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. We just had breakfast items, and those are hard to use to base judgment, but the bacon was nice and crisp, like I like it. And the gravy was nicely seasoned, if maybe just a bit bland, adding some pepper made it just right.
We'd go back, if we're in town again.

Very good BBQ joint in Heber Springs, Arkansas. I eat there often when I work in Heber Springs. Their jumbo pork BBQ lunch special with fries and baked beans and mayanaise cole slaw in excellent. They also have a good baked potato stuffed with bbq meat.

Beef 'BBQ' was freezer burnt. Pork was microwaved. French fries were decent. Don't waste your money, go somewhere else.

Food is consistently really good, service is consistently great, and the kitchen and dining room are spotlessly clean. I appreciate that VERY MUCH! Defnitely worth a visit - a fast, reasonably priced, delicious lunch!Thanks for the great review the tourist need to see these from locals for businesses to thrive
