Old Grant Creamery has Homemade Ice Cream with a variety of flavors that we switch out regularly. We make all of our own Ice Cream here in Grant, Florida. You won't find Ice Cream this good anywhere else in Florida. We make milkshakes, banana splits, sundaes, and more!! We also make our own waffle cones and waffle bowls.

We dined on a busy Saturday evening after the crowds began to thin. We waited a bit longer so we could have a table in the room closest to the water (which is worth doing). The portions are large, so we ordered the surf and turf combination platter to split with an extra salad. The fish was excellent, however the filet mignon was served nearly raw. Others at our table thoroughly enjoyed their entrees so we didn't make any mention of it. Our server began our evening in top form, however after we ordered she became less attentive. Was she upset that we shared entrees? As time went on she pretty much checked out before we ordered dessert, and was hard to find when we wanted to get our checks too. I'd give them another chance, but would hope for a different server next time.

A very busy place it seems any night as we went a couple of times. Not expensive and good food. Muscle special is ok as we had several that had not opened and the were cooked in tomatoes which isn't my favorite. Service was good and friendly we did take a while.

This place is very unassuming when you pull in to the parking lot. Walk inside and be amazed. Large, spacious and interesting decor. Tables are open to the water but have sliders if it rains. Food is elegant but not expensive. For me the best restaurant on this trip to Vero Beach.

Ray Macht is the owner/ chef. He is from Panama and serves authentic Panamanian food as well as a standard home cooked menu. He does catering as well. I had crab cakes, home made clam chowder and key lime pie. For an appetizer he served empanadas and corn cakes. His decor is historic photos of Panama; some of them he has taken himself. An excellent photographer. The restaurant is located in a community of double wides. Very authentic Florida.

This restaurant is well hidden in the back of Barefoot Bay. They cater to the locals living here, but all should try it. The prices are reasonable and on Fridays their auce fish fry is worth the trip. Daily specials range from spaghetti to meatloaf, regular diner stuff to.

Spent the evening eating and drinking and enjoying the music of a great singer who was reminiscent of Jim Croce.
I had a juicy burger and there great Cole slaw that reminded me of a Pina Colada.
The rest of my family all had shared the Mahi mahi along with the grilled scallops - everyone thought the meals were very good .
Our server recommended the guava cheesecake - that recommendation was perfect - a delicious dessert.
Finally - our server Crystal was so sincere and nice and her recommendations were excellent !

We recently enjoyed dinner here. We had the massaman curry shrimp, which was spicy and delicious. We also liked the Thai iced tea with a sweet coconut flavor. Our server was attentive and friendly. We would return.

Delicious sandwiches and salads. If they have it, they will substitute cheeses for you. They come with a choice of 2 soups. The staff, everyone are so nice n kind. They have outside seating too. Denise

The pork and brisket are good but the. Smoked Turkey sandwich is fabulous. You can get one sandwich and three sides or one sandwich, two sides and a drink for a combo. They are open around 10:30am for lunch which is great fo me because I could eat lunch all day long. They are sharing a space with the corner gas station but have their own shack. There is another BBQ place across the street from them (rib city) but these guys are better.
