Had a nice meal here. Good beef on the grill. But overpriced for the area: almost 140 euros for two persons starter, main and a bottle of wine... In Bruges You pay the same or less but here You are in the cheapest community to buy a house in the area of big Bruges but not to have a dinner as it seems. Also if You have to use the bathroom You have to go outside again through the cold and rain, cross the Terrace, avoid a big BMW that's parked against the bushes and make a big circle to the bathroom area. Passed this place a few times the last few weeks and was interested to eat here because there's always plenty of customers inside. Looked forward to dine here, but it was a bit of a dissappointment. Nice food but we've had simular for a cheaper price. Will be looking out for a more affordable place to dine in the future in the area Ichtegem, Torhout.

When You enter You see right in the kitchen, that feels a bit odd. On the top of the kitchendoor is a sign with: 'I kiss better than I cook'... Gives a bit of a cheap impression. They gave a menu with just food in it, no drinks and a gin menu (always the gin nowadays) so we had to ask the drinks menu to choose an apperitive. The food was very good. Vitello tonato was superb, also the pasta with pesto and salmon tasted great (the pieces of salmon could be a bit more cut, the lumps were a bit too big in size) and the ossobucco tasted delicious but the piece of meat was very small. A bigger piece of meat would be great. Very nice wine. If You go too the toilet You get a strange feeling: very different interior of toilet comparing to the restaurant, like it's a toilet of another place. Overall feeling was not great but had a nice dinner.

Very nice authentic eating place. Normal people in a cousy interior. Not to posh. Great price/quality. Big plates with enough food, You won't leave Your table feeling hungry. The have a grill with charcoal! You don't find that in many places nowadays. Fair price. Big place with lots of tables but also many people. So if You can make a reservation before You go. We were lucky they had one table left for us do we didn't have to wait.

Very nice restaurant, everything freshly made, they now their job! Very tasteful beef. Friendly and polite people. Shrimp croquettes also delicious. Will visit this place again!

We went with our family to this children friendly restaurant. Children can play in the garden without danger. The food is good (although the mashed potatos had been forgotten), the service is friendly, but unfortunately much too slow (clearly problems in the kitchen). We had to cancel the dessert for my son (and his family), because he had to go to his work on time. Waiting more than an hour for a simply ice cream is not acceptable.

A good dinner at the "food house" Godelieve. The "patron" (chef?) was very helpful with parking instructions and giving access to a customer with mobility challenges. As the weather was warm we ate on the Terrace outside. Good service, good food, generous portions. The restaurant itself is in a very old building. Definitely a place to recommend if you are visiting Ostend or the Belgian coast.

Nice restaurant, good food. The suggestions of asparagus Flemish style were excellent. The main dish was good, only I asked for pasta and got French fries instead. I didn't mind about it and ate the French fries. Good service. Normal price.

Hier kun je het broodje eten die niet dat iets anders is, altijd overheerlijk. Een familiezaak en dat merk je ook aan de bediening, altijd vriendelijk en met de glimlach. Prijzen zeer goed doenbaar. Ontbijt is er ook zeer lekker en uitgebreid!

Very nice mediterranean restaurant with pasta and pizza. Large portions also, we couldn't finish our dishes because we ate garlic bread and tapas as an entrée and didn't expect this large portions. But a very nice and delicious experience. Next time we will order only a main dish :-). Nice Terrace also to sit on. Possible to take away the food and lot's of people use this service.
