LOVE the decor indoors and out. Someone with an eye for color painted the furniture and walls. Love the kitchen tools hanging from wire mesh.
Delicious lemon bars. Buttery goodness, sweet and sour.
I wish there were a restaurant like this closer to home. It would be one of my happy places

Pac Thai offers Forest Grove a superior dining experience with an artistically prepared menu that includes incredible vegan and gluten-free options. As one of Forest Grove's best restaurants, we pride ourselves on offering only the freshest and most local ingredients. In fact, when the produce that we regularly use is in growing season for Oregon, the majority of our produce comes from our very own backyard! We carefully use these quality ingredients to craft dishes that celebrate the beautiful tastes and culture of Thailand. You'll taste that commitment in entrees like our Crispy Basil Chicken, our Garlic Prawns with Peanut Sauce, and our Salmon Pumpkin Curry. As you look through our menu, you'll find that the vast majority of it is comprised of gluten-free and vegan options. And because none of our dishes are pre-made, all of our dishes can be made to your personal liking. When you're in the mood for an unforgettable meal in a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than Forest Grove's own Pac Thai.
Being lovers of good Thai food we stopped here for lunch. The fresh summer rolls and curries were excellent. The service was very friendly and efficient. Can't think of anything to fault them on. Very satisfied.

This place has been here since I was a kid and has great food. Lots of variety, but the burgers are really good. And the ice cream cones are always a must. Great old feel here.

It's a close battle between these guys and the syun izakaya (SI) in Hillsboro as clear leaders.
These guys do beautiful rolls that have the right degree of spiciness and umami.
Presentation is great, beer and saki list is solid (but not as extensive as SI).
Tempura is better here than SI (lighter crisper batter). my kids like the chicken and beef teriyaki.
I am a huge sashimi guy, and the choices here are very good.
Nice for sit down lunch.. I do take out here a lot.

My husband and I went here on a busy Thursday night for dinner. This was my first time here, but my husband has been here with coworkers a lot for lunch. The pub has a very casual relaxed atmosphere and is full of regulars. There are only 8 tables, but they also have a few tables outside. The menu consists of 10 different burgers, any kind of sandwich you can imagine, and a variety of salads. We ordered the chef salad with avocado and bacon cheeseburger with tots. The salad was absolutely delicious, fresh produce: mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, and Turkey that doesn't taste like lunchmeat. My husband liked his burger better than the one at "Bites," but the tots were overcooked. This will probably be my new "go to" restaurant because I can order something healthy, good, and affordable. I never thought about going here before because it's in a strip mall.

The dining room is decorated like all mcmenamins are with old signs from other places and stained glass. Service was very good. I had the ahi salad which at $14 was quite underwhelming. An ahi steak sliced on top of a large pile of slaw with "chinese" dressing. Sweetie had the Capt Neon burger and we both had the flavorless experience. They play background bass noise which makes conversation a bit difficult.
McMenamins has unremarkable food at all of its locations. Go for the beer, not the food.
I give it the extra star for architectural preservation.

If this is one of Forest Grove's better restaurants, I pity the town's residents. Other than saying that the ambience is somewhat compelling and the establishment clean, I can't find anything else positive to say. Both of our meals were below par by any standard. The service was quite disorganized, resulting in tables near us ordering what we'd ordered, yet getting served well (15-20 minutes) before us, to the extent that a customer at an adjoining table actually went up to the wait staff to inquire why we hadn't been served. And when we finally were, there wasn't even a smidgen of an apology. And then to have the food quality and preparation be subpar made this establishment's ratings be one of the most baffling I've ever encountered.

This is an usual but worthwhile visit if travelling to Forest Grove.
I have no experience of eating Haiwan food before visiting here but was pleasantly surprised. There is a good selection of dishes all reasonably priced. I particularly enjoyed the Teriyaki chicken but was less dispositioned about the Spam sushi starter.
Overall its worth a visit if you're in town.

This was our first visit to Miget's and we were pleased. We had teriyaki chicken and adobo chicken with rice & lumpia. Everything was good, hot & fresh. Casual dining. Ordered quickly at the counter and they brought our plates to our table. Nothing fancy just good "plate lunch" type food. We will be back to try other dishes. Reasonably priced.

extremely bland food, no flavor or spices. I got the Florentine Eggs Benedict and it was terrible. i don't even think the English muffin was toasted. the spinach was gross and the mushrooms were flavorless. The Coffee was like jet fuel, no amount of cream or sugar would have made it drinkable.
