Me and Ollie's Cafe

We found this little bakery in between hockey games. We ordered Turkey Reuben, veggie pesto, and Turkey havarti paninis. We also got a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The paninis were all delicious, nicely toasted on the panini maker. The Reuben was especially good, and the pesto was great too. Only complaint was the soup was a bit plain - kind of flavorless. Could have used some salt or something. Also, the prices aren't on the board, so when the 3 sandwiches and a bowl of soup came to $37, we were a bit shocked. But the food was great!

This could be one of the finest dining establishments I've been to. If you search for fine dining, there is generally one thing that stands out - a really good chef. Sometimes you get lucky, and the restaurant will have exceptional service. And if the stars are really aligned, the dining room is inviting, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Getting all three is nearly impossible. Blue Moon Evolution hit a grand slam for us. They strive for using local ingredients that are in season, and then create some wonderful options. There was so many really good choices on the menu, that it was hard for us to decide. Food was superb, the service was uncannily above what you would expect, and it was all available in an inviting, and spectacular dining room. We need to go back often.

This small bagel and sandwich restaurant - 4 tables - is tucked into the parking lot of an adjacent nursery. Pay attention or you might miss it. But it is well worth the stop. Unlike its corporate bagel restaurant competition, this place has a lot of charm from its homey decor to the friendly servers; Ani herself was behind the counter. The bagels were warm and fresh, there are several varieties of coffee, and our order was brought to our table. While it seems most of their business is take out, we enjoyed the food and the ambience at the cafe.

I wanted to do something special for my Vegan wife on her birthday. I sent an email to Jennifer (the owner) and she took off running. She reserved a table in the corner, picked up flowers from a local florist and awaited our arrival. When we got there, Jen explained the menu with us and made adjustments to give us exactly what we wanted. When we were finished, the chef, Miles, brought two specially made deserts to our table with a candle in the one for the birthday girl. My wife really felt special, which payed off for me in a big way. If you are looking for a vegetarian restaurant with a staff willing to make you happy, this is the place.

Since we were in Exeter for about four days, we ate here for lunch at least three times. The soups (we had clam chowder, seafood chowder, and vegan chili) were all great! Our sandwiches (usually grilled cheese) were also very good. Fresh bread, quality ingredients. Really nice people!

This ice cream place is delicious! Their portions are huge and it's very inexpensive for the amount that you get. They even have ices for lactose intolerant people and they are also good. About 8 ice flavors and over 50 ice cream flavors. They do cones and cups and many different toppings. Can get crowded, but the staff is very friendly and works fast. Also beautiful river spots to sit and enjoy the ice cream too!

Every time I have gone to this place food has been delicious; I have tried several of their breakfast meals, the burgers, and the last time the clam chowder, crab cake and lemon risotto. Only the crab cake was smaller than expected but food is always very tasteful you wish you didn't finish it! Totally recommend the place if in the area.

Las Olas is a fresh Mexican grill. Quick Service, friendly staff, and tasty fresh Latin/Mexican food that you can choose your fillings as our staff guide you through the process.

Las Olas seems very popular and can be quite crowded at times.
One orders a variation of a tortilla at the counter, which goes down the line for added rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, pico, etc. It is served in paper trays with plastic forks.
There is nothing fancy here.
On the plus side one could get two Quesidellas and drinks for about $20. They were rather tasty.

Very good--the prices which were quite reasonable given the large portion size. Also the crab cake appetizer was very pleasant.
Good--the onion rings and seafood which had just the right consistency, although the shrimp seemed to lack flavor
Could be better--the green salad, which looked and tasted like it had been sitting around too long.
