We visited a few years ago when they still bottled Dr Pepper. It's better now that they changed to a wide variety of soda flavors. The soda jerks offer tastes and even dished up a root beer float with Bluebell Ice Cream for only $1!! Didn't take the $8 tour but did leave with a case of our favorite flavors!

This is THE place to go in Erath County for either bar-b-que or oven fired pizza. The service is at times slow, but the food is worth it.

We vacillated about going in. Granny's was recommended by a couple of the locals. The food was perfectly seasoned home cooking - the best we've had. I'd rate the food 4 out of 5.
We both had the lunch buffet. $9.95 per person. Small fresh salad bar with the usual offerings: ham, cukes, tomato, mushroom, cheese, etc. Excellent home made potato salad.
The buffet offered fried catfish, beef tips on rice (my favorite and delicious), perfect chicken fried steak, 3-4 vegetables, another meat entree and strawberry cobbler.
Service was very good. Unfortunately, the establishment is in dire need of renovations and freshening up the atmosphere.
Atmosphere is rated 1-2 at best.
All in all, we would stop in again for good home cooked food.

Went for a late lunch. My hubby had a burger and I had a chili dog combo. Service was fast and food was good. We were both hungry so it tasted great.

Food seems to be average at best. Most times when I have ordered they are out of something. Last time they were out of some chicken. I asked if they could substitute with another type because it was going to be 10 minutes longer for them to cook the chicken. The lady told me no I could just wait. She couldn't do that. Wouldn't ask either if she could.

Just got some half price drinks. The attendant was very nice and exceptionally fast. They did have a problem with bees around the trashcan.

Love this place. They have great Mexican food all around. The highlight is the shrimp cocktail. Honestly the best I have ever had. The nachos are great too. The only thing I don't like is the fajitas. While they are generous the meat is just too big and chunky and not seasoned as well as other places. The rest is pretty good though.

Excellent service, coupled with delicious food at very reasonable prices! Out very quickly, even for our table of 6. Spanish omelet was great! Good coffee...enjoyable breakfast experience.

Great food. Haven't had anything I haven't like yet! Burgers, pizza, fries, and sandwiches. Can call in our order in advance of wait in their small eating area.
