Cibolo voted to become an independent township on October 9, 1965. As of the 2010 census, Cibolo had a population of 15,349, up from 3,035 at the 2000 census. In 2015, the estimated population was 26,637. In 2016, the estimated population was 27,855.

We had the hamburger and the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The buns used were very sturdy, not mushy like typical burger buns, more like a kaiser roll. The beef was excellent, and the chicken was grilled and cooked through. The fries were crisp and flavorful. Very attentive service. I could see why they are so busy!

Ok this is Mexican food you can feel good about!! Yes there is cheese....yes there are tacos but without the guilt. They have vegetarian options, dairy free options, and gluten free options. The food is fresh and they have large portions. This restaurant is such a gem!! Here's a pic of their fiesta salad with homemade poppyseed dressing and their green enchiladas!

I've been eating Harmon's BBQ ever since they opened their doors in Cibolo. Before that, I had to trek way on over to Rudy's BBQ , out by the Interstate! The BBQ is smokey, with the usual menu .... sliced/chopped brisket, sausage, pork ribs, chicken, chopped pork, and Turkey. Would be authentic "TEXAS" BBQ if they offered beef ribs also!
Sides are extremely satisfying. The pinto beans are of the savory peppered kind. The potato salad is a delicious Texas mustard-style, but was a bit strange to me! Along with the usual potato salad fixin's, it had peas and carrots mixed in. I've never had potato salad made that way before, but hey .... it works!
When we go, if the weather is bad we eat inside. However, if the weather is tolerable, we get our order to go, and park around the side of the building, by the railroad tracks, and eat while we watch the Union Pacific trains passing through.

Wonderful selection of different coffee beverages. They also offer cakes cheesecakes muffins and scoops of ice cream. Wi-Fi is free with food and drink order. Snowcones during the summer for children small outdoor playing area and a nice quiet place to sit and do computer work or read a book.

Make your own burger...eat it or take it with you, Chester's has a wonderful staff and the burgers are something to write home about. Served fast and my mouth waters just thinking about their bacon cheeseburger and fries. Great for lunch or any time.

This is my 2nd time here. Everything was great the 1st Time. The waitress, Irene, was absolutely terrible. Ruined the meal, since my wife and son were almost finished by the time my daughter and I got our correct meals. The manager had to come out to find out what we ordered since Irene couldn’t figure it out. These were standard menu items. Nothing special.

Second time here and did not want to drive very far so we remembered this great restaurant. We were just a little hungry and ordered the beef fajitas plate for one and cheese enchiladas with steak 6 oz. I was impressed with the steak, tender and full of flavor it was just enough to since I had a hankering for some steak. The enchiladas and the sauce were great as well as the sides of beans and rice. Fresh made and piping hot of melted cheese goodness. The steak was already cut which was nice, next time I will order their steak since it was done better than many of the chain steak houses. Staff was great, efficient and friendly.

If you live or are driving thru the Cibolo Schertz area this is the place for coffee. It nice and quite and the service is EXCELLANT! You can even get small pastries to go with your coffee.

Started with an order of Mozzarella sticks, they were cooked nicely but the marinara had a taste of burnt garlic which made it inedible.
Salad was fresh with homemade croutons. Personal pan pizza was larger than I thought it would be! It was homemade with fresh ingredients and very tasty.
Pasta with garlic butter was garlicky - nothing wrong with that IMO!
Friendly and attentive service. Glad we ordered the appetizer because the food took awhile to come out.

The food at this restaurant is totally authentic. Everything is MADE TO ORDER, which takes time, but the wait is well worth it. The flavors, appearance, and portions of every dish are truly magnificent. The wait staff is efficient and they all make it their priority to ensure that every customer is well attended and leaves the restaurant satisfied . I unequivocally recommend this restaurant. If you love Thai food, you will love this restaurant and everything about it.
