Caruaru is a Brazilian municipality in the state of Pernambuco. The most populous city in the interior of the state, Caruaru is located in the microzone of Agreste and because of its cultural importance, it is nicknamed Capital do Agreste (Portuguese for the "capital city of the Agreste region"), Princesinha do Agreste ("Little Princess of Agreste"), and Capital do Forró ("the capital city of forró").

Deixei o carro próximo a feira e caminhei para conhecer o centro da cidade. Acabei almoçando lá e foi uma boa escolha. Além da variedade da comida, os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Recomendo.

O Bode Assado do Luciano é uma boa, se não a melhor opção, para comer uma carne de bode. O ambiente é simples, o atendimento é excelente, o preço é justo e a picanha de bode é deliciosa. Vale a visita!!

Nine of us dined on a weekend evening, and nobody went home hungry. After loading our plates with salad, veg, and sauces we were immediately served delicious cuts of beef, followed by other tasty animal protein. It's the usual deal: as long as we left our table-top dial set to green, the meat should keep coming; turning it to red would have turned off Delivery attempts. Perhaps because a large party came in after us, our servers stopped coming by before we could hurt ourselves with excess animal meat. The table side cart of fresh juices produced delicious flavors. Apparently their clients don't often order wine, as it seemed to be a difficult order to fill. Dessert is not included in the main price -- not a problem, after such a huge and satisfying meal for such a very good price. We would go back.

We had a nice dinner at Forneria recently. Very nice ambiance and decent selection of dishes. Good wine options that were not too expensive. We ordered by the glass and were pleasantly surprised with how good it was. Also a generous serving.
We had a nice salad to start and ravioli for the main course. The pasta was good, but the tomato sauce was sweet which we were not expecting. If going back, would ask for either another sauce that was not sweet, or to not add sugar to the tomato sauce.
We had a delicious dessert of freshly made molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.
Overall it was a great restaurant in a nice setting. Would just suggest asking about the sauce if you don't like sweet sauce.

Muito bem localizado, bem no Centro, quase na frente do Shopping Difusora, esse tradicional restaurante caruaruense continua com uma culinária de primeira qualidade.
Optamos pelo filé à parmegiana, prato que serve bem de 3 a 4 pessoas.
Pena que no dia em que fomos estava em falta o bacalhau e também o chopp que é sempre devido numa caneca e bem gelado.
Atendimento bem atencioso.

Food is average - salads sit outside for a whole afternoon. Sushiman prepares japanese food on the spot. The meat is good, waiters ask what is your preferences (meat cut, rare of welldone). Pheasant also available, such a delicacy.

We recently had lunch at Barcelona Tapas while visiting Caruaru. Everything was fantastic. Great shrimp with garlic and oil and pepper, lamb chops, risotto, and more. Delicious coffee at the end. Service was excellent as well. Attentive and friendly. The Chef is from Catalan, and has brought a great restaurant to the town. We will definitely go again the next time we are in Caruaru. Highly recommended!

Pizzas de excelente paladar, ótimo atendimento e excelente relação custo-benefício, além de terem um bom local para recreação de crianças. Vale a pena demais para um programa em família!!!
