We dined here having read all the wonderful reviews in TA and we were not disappointed. We had the most wonderful dining experience and enjoyed the most amazing food and great service. We will certainly return next time we are in Calpe.
The set menu is €22 for three courses including half a bottle of wine and a basket of fresh bread. We were also served a delicious amuse bouche of a battered prawn with sweet chilli sauce which was yummy.
For our starters we opted for the pate and scotch egg and for our mains the pork fillet and sea bass followed by the orange and chocolate cheesecake and fruit sorbet. Everything was totally delicious.
We eat out a lot and both agree that this is one of the best dining experiences we have had for many years.

We couldn't have a two night break in Calpe without dining here!
We enjoyed the €22 menu which included our wine.
For our starters we went for the deep fried camembert and moules mariniers, for our mains the slow baked lamb and sea bass fillets and for Deserts the chocolate cake and banana and rum panna cotta. Everything was delicious. Our photos don't do it justice.......

Had the best night at Puerto Blanco - wonderful service, wonderful surroundings and absolutely fantastic food. I had the best fish dish I have ever tasted. The prices are also completely fair, especially the quality of the food and service taken into consideration.

Really good food, and service. The whole experience adds up to a really pleasant evening food, ambience, service. Two people, three excellent A la carte courses, good wine, total bill 80-100 euros and worth it.Im so happy you enjoyed your evenning,we allways try to make every evenning special , and i hope we can make more and either better evenings in the future thank you very much.

This Belgian restaurant that is also a small hotel serves consistently good food.
I have frequented this Casa Del Maco many times over the years and never been disappointed.
The cuisine is more French than Spanish but not nouveau.
The setting is fabulous with views to the coast and rock of Calpe
The service is friendly and very professional
I can recommend most things on the menu.
The venue is also perfect for private celebrations.

We read the positive Trip Advisor reviews for El Mirador and decided to have lunch there. We definitely were not disappointed! We ordered the special tapas menu : 5 tapas plus dessert. We especially enjoyed the artichokes with Serrano ham and a poached egg...delicious. The “salteado de corvino” (fish with veggies) was very good, as were the pumpkin croquettes with Pedro Ximenez sauce and the homemade “cocas”. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and the wonderful service. We will be back!

Visited with friends on a Sunday evening and were sat outside on the Terrace. Terrace is very small with only 3 tables and some in the party thought it lacked atmosphere. There was music playing but it wasn't loud or intrusive. This business appears to be run by a husband and wife. The wife took our orders and was very knowledgeable about the menu and made recommendations. It has to be said that the food was of a very good quality and well presented but on receipt of the bill we were all quite shocked as to the cost overall. Whilst we couldn't fault the food there are equally as good places to eat in Calpe at a lot less cost.

It must be our fifth or sixth visit to Base Camp over the past 2 months and we love it to bits!
Great food and lovely staff. Donna and Tapa treat us like long lost friends...and we really appreciate their friendly attentive service!
The food quality is superb and with a nice Cobra beer, glass of house red we always have such a great experience.

We found this lovely restaurant on trip adviser and it was a nice suprise. A small restaurant which does some good home cooking. We had the menu del dia and it was really good value for money wine included there was enough choice not to much. We would recommend and we're hoping to return.
