Petit Cuistot

Reviewed By Peter_Janssen - Antwerp, Belgium

The service was very friendly, the wines were delicious but the food was only OK. We took 3 out of their 6 course menu and had to wait for 90 minutes between starter and main course, where the beef was frankly very tough. The desert offered nice structures but a narrow palette of tastes.

Cosmo Cucina Italiana

Reviewed By NoeB1 - Antwerp, Belgium

The food is ok over here, but nothing special. The dishes are ready very quick, so I have some questions about the freshness. But the taste of the food is good. In summer you have a nice Terrace with olive trees. Inside it's nice to sit downstairs. Upstairs it's not that nice, sometimes it's like they forget you are there. So it's an ok choice when you are in the neighborhood, but it's not worth a visit it if you don't live near.

La Rosa

Reviewed By Frederic M - Hove, Belgium

We don't go often to La Rosa, but when there is something important to celebrate, we try to go there. We enjoied again the " suggestion menu" and once again it was delicious. The personel is also very kind an professional and they can present the menu ( and the wines) in such a way that you cannot wait to taste. The result was *** star.

We celebrated the completion of a significant training event at Pastis starting with Pastis at the outside tables and then moving indoors for dinner.
My Lamb Shoulder was exquisite and my colleagues enjoyed their meals too.
The wine list was very good and the service was delightful.

Minerva

Reviewed By Georges V - Antwerp, Belgium

Dining at Minerva is not only enjoying excellent prepared food. The setting and the service make you relax and enjoy your meal.
The cuisine is very classic French-Belgian style. Everything is perfectly prepared. The service is "old school" highest level. The new generations of waiters should come and see how it should be done.
Very nice wine menu. Most wines are pricey, but you can find interesting wines at affordable prices.

De laet & van haver

Reviewed By LUC T - Boechout, Belgium

Enjoyed multiple meals, tasting different entrecotes of exquisite quality and preparation at this restaurant and was never ever disappointed. Our favorite is a degustation of 3 different dry-aged entrecotes, accompanied with a salad. You can see the cook at work in an open kitchen. Great selection of wines in different price categories.
We prefer lunch as the restaurant can get crowded for dinner. In any case, make Reservations via the website.
Highly recommended.

Pastoor van Vremd

Reviewed By LUC T - Boechout, Belgium

This former vicorage has been turned into a pleasant restaurant, with a sunny Terrace at the front and a garden restaurant at the back, featuring a beautiful Gingkgo and Spruce. I had a great Robespierre steak with rucula, while my partner had a nice dover sole. The young team did an excellent job to make us feel at home. A positive experience in Vremde, a quiet village about 15km south of Antwerp.
