Visiting from Texas, we're accustomed to big, but STaR redefines the word in the world of fine dining. Everything about our experience bordered on larger-than-life, from the intimate, casual, yet elegant relationships with the staff all the way through to the last cup of coffee before returning to the "real" world. Champagne to begin the experience immediately had my wife in wonderfully receptive disposition to fully enjoy herself. But not so much that she failed to mention her severe allergy to shellfish. Jon was on it and forthwith presented options beyond the normal fare for STar. Deborah, was always friendly, smiling, and successfully keeping our glasses full. The lobster bisque I had was to die for, a perfect combination of a crusty top with a creamy base. The lamb was equally tantalizing and couldn't have been a better match for my appetite. And so it was for the entire meal. We seriously enjoyed the warm, quiet ambiance of the facility and the one-on-one interactions with the staff, including the chef. Moved to Boca a couple of months ago and tried the many “hot spots”. I’m a cook. Love good quality clean food. We saw a few reviews and were overwhelmed with this HIDDEN GEM. The chef and his wife run an amazing intimate dining experience here in Palmetto. Shall I begin with the delicious and reasonable wine options? Or fast forward to the chefs delights presented to tease your palette? Tonight split pea soup with tuna tartare. Omg and the intermezzo of sorbet flavors you could not imagine. Watch out because with the check arrived a delicious peanut brittle that i don’t know how but it was gone before my husband took a second look. The clever server brought another serving for him. Ok let’s get to reality. The DUCK TACOs forget anything you’ve ever tried anywhere in the world. These are beyond!! And i really enjoyed the delicious very fresh octopus app. My husband hand the rack of lamb. Close your eyes and taste it. Outstanding best of the best. Can’t wait to have it all. While i enjoyed the ravenous mahi mahi. The presentation the accented veggies and potato Well you can decide for yourself. But don’t wait too long. We enjoyed dining outdoors and the finale were profiteroles which i was so happy my hubby took a bite and was really full. It was gone! By the way i never even have dessert. Great Italian subs made in the NY tradition. The bread is the best you will find in South Florida. Always busy and for good reason. Their homemade other offerings are good but I can't resist the sub. The service staff is great and most have been there a while. They take serious their jobs and have pride in what they produce. If you are taking home ask for the toppings (V/O, mayo, whatever) on the side so the bread stays crisp. A must lunch if you are in Boca.

Coming from London we have enjoyed many thai meals and eat them weekly.
Excited to try M&M as reviews were positive.
Waited ages to get served and then told they were out of chicken satay. Table next to us got so maybe they had the last satays?
Pad thai with shrimp was average. Not the best you have eaten.
Busy little restaurant. Service slow. Prices felt high.

Very attractive restaurant with a terrific selection of Asian food. Every sushi was delicious, the shrimp is jumbo, fresh, tasty. The main dishes include ceviche, Mongolian beef, spicy shrimp, fish, major assortment of dim sum and dumplings, They also have Mongolian BBQ were you select fish, seafood, beef, or chicken and mixed with all the vegetables you want. Then they seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you are still not full, they have a great selection of fruit, pastries, and ice cream. The best around.

We visited Ke’e grille based on the great reviews. Found the food to be average at best. Grilled grouper did not seem fresh it had the consistency of frozen fish. The grilled shrimp was extremely salty. We did love the spinach Maria and our waiter was very nice.

Our New Zealand server was wonderful and made us overlook some minor flaws.
For example, we had initially been offered a quite unsuitable table, almost in some other diners' laps - not necessary as there was a nice booth nearby to which we moved. And the strip steak was very good but not quite as excellent as the offering recently enjoyed at a neighboring steak house which also had the preferred mustard (though server correctly suggested this as a request next time we make a forward reservation)
Other dishes ordered included a range of appetisers and mains, including lobster tails that were very good.
But the place is unashamedly, very expensive

Although the food was great, it was extremely disappointing that the service was so poor by "Danielle." She wasn't very attentive to our party of 3, we were sharing a special occasion, and the back-up servers seemed more on top of their game. Won't be back and this was a first for me and my son. My daughter had been prior and said this was the worst service she had there as well

This is my favorite place to go for lunch when I visit my family. They have a very nice menu:salads, sandwiches, soups, quiche, fresh muffins, daily specials, drinks and desserts. I ordered a fresh salad topped with tuna salad and included a blueberry muffin. It was very fresh and tasty. My granddaughter had tuna salad
tea sandwiches which included a blueberry muffin. My daughter had soup and a sandwich. We always order a slice of their chocolate layer cake- very decadent. In addition we also decided to try a new cake-peanut butter chocolate cake-very good too. In addition we had very good service. Please note they do not take credit cards.
