My recommended Wappa is Kani = crab and especially Baniku = Horse meet Wappa. As we know that is sound no good and western culture is amazing to eat horse meet, but, the taste are great! and "Miso supe" small plate of Delicious dishes-es are wonderful.
the restaurant is Old-fashioned shop like that. When you visit Aizu area, should be come in!!

One of the most popular ramen (noodle soup) shops in Aizu-wakamatsu. It's really good in winter: warming stomach and body up with tasty hot soup with elastic wheat noodles.

Hier haben wir sehr gut zu Mittag gegessen. Ein nettes traditionelles Restaurant, welches vor allem von Einheimischen besucht wird. Die Nudeln sind ganz besonders lecker, unbedingt probieren!

This place was recommended to us when we visited the castle in the city center. Wow , the Katsu bowl had terrific flavor, we all ordered it and everyone of us loved it , The staff was very nice and friendly we would go back in a heartbeat

会津鉄道の芦ノ牧温泉駅から徒歩数分。
到着したのは14時ころだったが、行列ができていて30分待ち。寒い中、店の向かい側にある駐車場で待つ。行列を整理していた店員の話によると、ミルクみそらーめん、ソースカツ丼、餃子がこの店の名物らしい。
店は、入口近くに4人掛けのテーブルが2卓あり、中央に大きいテーブル、一番奥に座敷がある。席に空きはあるにもかかわらず、外で待っている人を入れようとしない。店員は5人くらいいるが、これ以上の客数だと店を回せないのだろう。
手打ちミルクみそラーメンと餃子の味はごく普通。店員おすすめの食べ方である、ミルクみそラーメンの最後にスープにライスを入れて食べるというのを試してみたが、どうということはない。
他に店がない場所だから、店名にインパクトがあるから、またテレビで紹介されたから行列ができるのかもしれない。

ものすごいカツが食べれると恐る恐る行きましたが
ほんとにすごかった！
私はエビフライとヒレカツも食べれるソースカツ丼に
しましたが隣の男性は食べきれずにお持ちかえり！
ちゃんとカラオリも販売されていました。
駐車場は店の前と少し離れたところにもありますよ

Thier pig cutlet rice bowls are really impressive and very popular among autobicycle tourists. Recently relocated to Aizu-mura campus.

ＪＲで移動し、会津若松駅に夜暗くなってから到着しました。夕食にお手軽に入れるところと思い予め調べておいたおそば屋さん、一會庵を訪れました。地のものを食べたくて、そばにプラス、ぼうたら、ニシンの山椒漬、まんじゅう揚げが付いたセットを注文して食べた。そばは会津産そば粉100％の十割そば。あと地のものが色々食べれて満足しました。関西人の私にとって、ぼうたらは京都のものだと思っていたので、何故福島で？と思いましたが、その由来を聞いて納得しました。会津藩主、松平容保が京都守護職に任命され、京都で食べた芋ぼう（芋と棒鱈を炊いたもの）が気に入って会津に持ち帰ったということだそうだ。ニシンの山椒漬も美味しかったし、まんじゅうを天婦羅にしたまんじゅう揚げも斬新で良かったです。お腹いっぱいになりました。駅前でこんな満足のいく食事ができるなんて感激でした。

とても庶民的な雰囲気のお店で住宅街の中にあり、何かの情報がなければ なかなかたどり着けるお店ではありませんが、口コミで人気があるようで年末30日の午後１時頃に着くと既に４人の方が並んでいらっしゃいました。
今年の年末は温暖化の影響で冬でも外で待てましたが、これから寒さが厳しくなるとちょっと覚悟が必要だと思います。
２０分ほど待って、お店の中から食べ終わったお客さんがが出てくるのを合図に自分から中に入っていきます。
人柄の良さそうなおじちゃん１人とおばちゃん２人が迎えてくれました。わたしたちはカウンター席で、その温かい雰囲気を感じながら目当てのソースかつ丼が出てくるのを待ちます。
蓋が閉まらないほど分厚いカツが、これでもか！と乗っているソースかつ丼の登場で一気にテンションが上がります。
食べた感想としては、本当に真っ当な商売をされていると感じます。あんな分厚いお肉のソースかつ丼を、あの価格で提供するのは良心以外ありえません。お店の人柄と柔らかく美味しいかつ丼に出迎えられて、会津での滞在のいいスタートが切れました。本当にごちそうさまでした！
