Wondrerful trail ride leaders Grace and Brayden made sure we knew all we needed to have a relaxing horseback ride to view the beautiful Palo Duro Canyon; an as an added bonus we got a history lesson on the area. So nice to see young ladies being so refreshingly responsible!

Take a half day and walk through four generations of Texas History, from the dog run cabin to the fanciest of 1900 mansions, with docents ready to act out the lives of those who had come before. Be sure to sign up for the cowboy lunch, served fresh from the frying pan to your plate (peach cobbler!). Watch the cowboys herd the longhorn steers; great for families. If you have an extra hour, drive the few miles down to Brazos Bend State Park and see the alligators roaming wild.

This was so much fun. I was a huge fan of Dallas and wanted to visit for years. The museum before the tour was filled with all kinds of fun artifacts. The gun that shot J.R. and the BBQ shown in so many episodes were neat to see. The tour was great. South Fork Sally was terrific. She was fun and informative. It was great to sit at the patio where the Ewings sat so many times. Walking around the property was awesome. I especially enjoyed the famous driveway. The property is so beautiful. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Nice gift shop with lots of fun stuff. Great time. A must for every Dallas fan.
