The owners daughter Stephanie was super nice and welcoming to us on a Saturday afternoon. She was attentive and helpful with selecting food , making drinks and telling us about the area. The food was great especially the Holy Cow burger and the hot wings. We recommend this to anyone in the area!

Stopped here for dinner on way back from Virginia City. Service was mediocre as was the food. Food was more expensive here than other places and was not worth it. Wife ordered the House salad which was about 60% kale then the rest was the normal California greens with a few cherry tomatoes. No cucumbers or anything else. I had the Cuban and it was meh. I have had way better for this price range in areas that are more expensive. Also had the hop dragon and was highly disappointed. We are not the ones to be obnoxious at the restaurant but will not return if the quality and or service is lacking for the price. So we will not be returning to this establishment.

Wow...Russell was so easy to work with for a short-notice rehearsal dinner for about 20 humans and 2 dogs. We were out on the patio Friday evening and were treated to great service by Danny and a lovely young lady. Great beer selections and good food too. Very reasonable prices, especially for this area. Would definitely go back here. Especially enjoyed the fish & chips.

It is still hard to find restaurants with gluten-free options. Fumo was a great surprise in that they offered all their pizzas on regular dough, gluten-free options and a cauliflower crust. The pizza was great! We also had the shrimp tacos which were good. Our waitress was nice and was running around working hard.

We went here to watch a bit of Sunday Night Football and we heard about how great the nachos were (and they were delicious). I read here that the service was terrible. We had no such experience. Our server, Cedar, was attentive and helpful. We wanted to watch the afternoon (morning here) Steelers game but the internet said they didn't open until 5 p.m. Being a sports bar, we thought that odd during the NFL Season. But as it turns out, the internet was wrong and they are opened earlier during football season. Our loss....Steeler loss too as it turns out. We also ordered the dry rub wings which were very tasty. They have television screens throughout the bar and the symbol underneath shows what team would be showing on what screen. There are at least 16 television screens. We would go back, but sadly will be back home for the next Sunday. Thanks for swinging into Cutthroats to catch the game! It's always nice to hear from happy guests and while we're sorry to hear the Steelers couldn't manage a victory, it's great to hear that you had a good time with us all the same. We hope you'll come join us the next time you're in Tahoe on a game day!

We really liked the innovative layout and concept of this eating spot in the middle of the hotel and the staff was great and food very good... but it was understaffed. We had a hard time getting consistent service. Waiters that took our order would never appear again (the food eventually would).I saw my drinks twice made at the bar waiting to be picked up by a server for over 5 minutes.Delicious food and excellent staff just be ready to wait. And for the price and a Ritz Carlton property this was disappointing.Dear mac45p, Thank you for taking your time to leave your feedback about our resort. I sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience on your recent visit to our resort. Your feedback is extremely important to me, and if you could afford the time I would appreciate the opportunity to be in touch with you directly and learn more about your experience. Obviously, a popular spot! We visited for dinner about 7 P.M., and struggled to find a parking spot. Once inside, we found the place crowded, noisy and fun, for both locals and visitors. It was certainly an upbeat atmosphere. The menu had good selections and the service friendly and quick, given how busy they were. Two of three of our meals were quite good. The third order was for split pea soup, which was not hot and too thick. the burger was great, but avoid the split pea soup.Recommended for a casual. fun lunch or dinner.

We didn't eat here, even though we wanted to. Walked in and there were plenty of empty tables-Quite a few actually. We were told it would be an hour and a half to get pizza as that's how long the oven takes. What??? Ridiculous. Went to Whitecaps Pizza instead and it was great (and only half hour or less for pizza and the place was packed!)

The indoor portion of The Grid reminded me of a dive bar, but the outside deck was pleasant and uncrowded on a mid-week day at lunch time. We had 2 small children with us and didn't want to hang out in a dive bar! I had the sliders, and others had burgers, chicken wings and other sandwiches and we were all pleased with our selections.
