Came here with friends to watch a basketball game and have a few drinks. Got seated right away, good view of TV screen, and waitress was prompt, friendly, and accurate. The fried pickle chips were very tasty, as were the sweet potato fries. Drink orders were filled quickly and correctly. Plenty of free parking in large lot that serves the strip mall. Our team lost, but we had a good time and I would certainly come back here. Good for singles or couples or group of friends. Saw folks in their 20s through 60s here. Good experience.

The food is blah, the service is worse, and the prices only meh, at best. There are a lot of other places to hit in that DTC area. Maybe I'm just getting too old for the meat market type joints.

We sat upstairs and we had a pretty forgetful waitress. She kept bringing us random drinks and food. We ordered sushi and she brought over lettuce wraps and told it was sushi. We ended up with 5 meals/appetizers that weren't ours. Now, don't get me wrong, the whole thing was a mess BUT it wasn't bad customer service or rudeness. The whole thing was funny and we thought we were on Punk'd and kept asking when Ashton was going to come out. The only person who came out was the manager and they apologized, etc. The food that was OURS was excellent and the drinks were amazing. This place has great food and drinks and the environment is amazing! Highly recommend regardless of snafu!

Zig Zag Smokin' Burger

The all-encompassing menu highlights the foods that we love most. Juicy burgers, smoky adobo, savory duck, refreshing salads, U.S.D.A. prime steak, smoked ribs, fish & chips, and the list goes on. Paired with new age cocktails and upbeat rebellious music,

My wife and I have visited Zig Zag several times in the last 6 months or so, and every time was wonderful. So what happened last night? To start with, when we entered their was no one at the Hostess stand. We took a few steps into the open area and the Hostess came running over with a frown on her face and said "I'll take care of you over here", making us back up to the stand She then grabbed a couple of menus and escorted us to a booth, still frowning! Our waitress' attitude was in the same vein, not an encouraging situation. We ordered our usual lamb burgers, specifying "medium" and "medium rare" when asked how we wanted them cooked. When the food arrived, both burgers looked exactly the same and quite a bit past "medium". The waitress wasn't around, and we began to eat. When she came back, we showed her the burgers and told her they were overdone. She walked over to the kitchen and talked to the cook; we watched while he laughed at her. (One of the disadvantages of an "open kitchen".) Then she came back to our table and said (not kidding here), "the lamb burgers look much darker than they really are". (Our turn to laugh.)In summary, somehow one of our favorite restaurants declined overnight to the status of "I don't think we'll be coming back soon" , mostly due to the attitudes of the staff! In fairness, we brought these issues to the attention of the manager upon leaving, and he seemed genuinely interested in them.Does anyone know another place in town that makes lamb burgers? We would prefer them cooked to order.

They were nice, attentive, and treated my Aunt like royalty. That made this visit worth it's weight in gold. Food was delicious and perfectly prepared. I travel the world and few restaurants color me impressed.

Great option. We were seated right away. Wonderful pub decor. Fairly standard American menu. I loved their fries which were nicely crisp. It was easy to hold a conversation without raising our voices. The waitress was very friendly. Did a great job keeping our drinks filled and making sure we were taken care of. We will be back for happy hour next time.

My wife and I ate there for the first time this weekend. The restaurant is located just off Arapahoe Rd and has plenty of parking. There is a patio with outdoor seating at the entrance for when the weather is nice. We got there around 6:00 pm on a Saturday night but it wasn't busy at all and we were seated at a booth right away. Our waitress, Christa, came by right after we were seated to take our drink orders. When she brought our drinks back she asked if we had any questions on the menu and then took our orders. We decided on some cheese curds for an appetizer and we both had burgers. I had a beer with dinner and my wife had a soda. The cheese curds were small but very tasty and came with two sauces - raspberry and marinara. The burgers were cooked as ordered (one medium, one medium rare), juicy and delicious. I paid $1 extra to get sweet potato fries vs regular fries. We had no room for dessert although they looked good on the menu. The table next to us ordered nachos and it was a huge serving that looked excellent. Our total bill, without the tip, was $45.Christa was an excellent server - very pleasant, not overbearing, but checking back periodically to see if the food was OK, drinks replenished, etc. We were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Found this place by accident before a concert at Fiddler's Green this past Saturday night. Hostess there, Lisle was very mean and unwelcoming. Gave us major attitude. It seemed like a nice place. Had appetizers and drinks. She was just hostile. We asked for table. She had us come with her we said just doing drinks and appetizers before concert. She then said well you cannot eat here ho to bar. Ok. We did, but could have been handled nicer. Before we left for concert went to restroom past the hostess station and she sooo gave us the stinkeye. We were customers we gave money to her restaurant. We did not make a disturbance. We are three fifty year old women and this was wrong. We will never return.
