We did a manta ray night snorkel and a premium 4.5 hr day snorkel. What a amazing experience! Check in was easy. The staff members were kind and considerate. The rays were outer worldly!

It was depressing trip with Bite me 1 , they start with coping you up for not getting the fish. Chad and Sandy doesn’t try anything other than dropping the lures(not live bait) and wait for fish to caught by them selves. I felt it’s waste of money and ur early morning hours. I should have avoided after reading so many reviews then thought to give chance and proved wrong. They were in hurry to come back because there were no single bites.

Wonderful time with McKenna and our captain Lance!!!! Absolutely the best!!!! The captain cleaned the fish, and McKenna was all about the reels ~ when we got a bite, he was right there to deliver the reel (commercial) and we sat in the chair and could real the fish on our own.... And Lance was always watching when to stop the boat!!! Very very accommodating, happy happy trip!!!!

Katie is a phenomenal tour guide. She asked what we would like to see (when I booked the reservation) then gave us an itinerary. We decided on 2 waterfalls, black sand beach, volcano, and Kaumana Caves. We got poured on at Akaka Falls but she said it was the best waterfall she has seen. She was totally prepared; an umbrella for me, a raincoat for my husband...she is super knowledgeable and a great person to spend the day with. We crammed a lot into 12 hours. I would definitely use her again! Thank you, Katie!

Shelby, the owner, is an amazing tour guide. We spent 2 days with her and was a highlight of our 2+ week Hawaiian adventure and she did our airport transportation as well. (See my North and South Island reviews.) These were some of the best private tours I have ever gone on. She is very reasonably priced, takes to places you want find on your own, tells the island's history in a really fun way - totally recommend if you want to really get a sense of the Big Island. 5 stars isn't enough, they deserve 50. I was nervous (sweaty palms haha!) but immediately upon arrival our pilot James met us at our car and made us right at home. Very responsible regarding COVID precautions and just so friendly and educational. Mid-air, mid-sunset I was able to pop the question to my now fiance and it couldn't have been better. Forever indebted to this place and to our pilot. World class! You'll love every dollar spent!
