Conad seems to control most of the La Riviera mall space (huge supermarket, pharmacy, pet store & cafeteria), and that's not a bad thing at all. The restaurant is sort of like a funky IKEA restaurant knock-off, but that is not a bad thing. Really inexpensive breakfast lunch and dinner items. Good specials. Fresh pizza. Gelato. In high season there's even a free shuttle from the mall to the beachside.

Bar sole gelateria near beach. Breakfast, Lunch, dinner and after dinner. It's possibile to eat cold dish, pizza, panini, hot dog, hamburger, salad, yoghurt with fresh fruits, fruits salad, ice cream and more!

Best bar in Riva! Perfect located right at the beach front. The host and hostess - Lino et Letizia - is very service minded and embracing. We visited two nights ago while staying in our motorhome at the marina. Nestled about a 10 minute walk from the marina this looks to be a new restaurant, freshly painted, clean and keen staff. Food was simply delicious - we finished every bite. A seafood salad to share for entree was packed full of freshly cooked mussels, pipis and clams, and a main of pizza for my husband was beautifully cooked - light crust, lovely presentation. I had the spaghetti with seafood, dairy-free and delicious also. Highly recommended.

We wanted a light supper here our last night. 6 of us ordered individual pizzas. Although the ingredients were fresh, the crust was pretty blah. The overall taste lacked the flavors that we expect in Italy. Service was pleasant, but we had to track down a waiter for additional drinks. While ordering dessert, we talked about a local restaurant that serves a free granita and vodka drink; unfortunately, the waiter felt he had to do that as well, which was not our intention. We ordered other items as a result, which may have been his intention. We asked for the extra slices to take out, (totaling 2 full pizzas) but the busboy threw them away, as he was not informed.

Always a must when visiting the family down here. Seafood is a favourite: mixed platters as a starter are definitely recommended and very large. Spaghetti allo scoglio come with plenty of seafood. Fried calamari and prawns never disappoint, while ask for the catch of the day to be cooked in the oven.

I had dinner in this restaurant with some friends enjoying the "all you can eat" pizza night that included appetizers, pizza, dessert and drinks for a very competitive price.Food is great and the pizza very nice as well as the service always provided with a smile.

We normally only visit Taggia in the winter months, so we weren't aware that this restaurant had outside seating in the summer which made for a very pleasant atmosphere in the old town.Service was very good from friendly waiting staff, with our waiter speaking quite good English. We had a mixture of dishes including pasta, pizzas and fritto misto and they were all excellent, as was the creme brulee which the waiter said he would use the blowtorch himself to ensure it was crunchy on top and indeed it was.No idea of the overall cost as our friends paid, but the prices on the menu looked reasonable for the quality of the food and the setting.The menu (apart from pizzas) was quite small which I always think is a good thing, but there were some delicious dishes of the day on offer. Altogether an excellent evening and we'll be going back.

This excellent italian seafood restaurant has a very charming atmosphere and is located directly at the beachfront. The restaurant is built in a beach hut style with lots of bamboo, wooden floor and a thatched roof which creates almost caribbean feeling. We enjoyed lunch with absolutely perfect spaghetti frutti di mare, lovely white vine and a panna cotta dessert which was the best I have ever tasted. The staff was quick and friendly and we will certainly come back to this nice place at next possibility.
