First you have to understand that Duna Verde is a tourist spot. It is deserted from October to May so the clientele tend to be tourists on holiday and in fact from my experience over 20 years mostly from Germany and Austria. Regardless we eat in or take out from Bella Duna every time we visit Duna Verde. On this occasion I ordered a pizza and was sad to learn they no longer have a wood fired oven. Seems the local bylaws have changed. Still the capriciosa pizza was great and as always at Bella the toppings were generous (unlike lots of places in Italy!). My wife had the seafood medley and from her level of attention and diligence in pursuing it I'd have to say she enjoyed it immensely. ;-)) E38 for our dinners with generous salads, water and sufficient house wine to wash down our meals.

Definitely a very nice place worth visit in this location. Great pizza. The only confusion was a top seafood dish (seafood and pasta pan) made of standard supermarket frozen do-yourself-at-home box set. Still very tasty, but for 30 Euro I would expect more. The nearly located La Baia restaurant offers much more value (seafood related) for the same money.

we recently travelled to caorle, italy to take a language course. while there of course we went to different restaurants, and this one stood out. it was the best pasta with seafood i have ever had in my life. my cousin had the linguini with mussels, and i had a pasta with a tomato sauce close to a puttanesca with seafood. the service was outstanding, and since it is not a touristy area, the prices were fair. i regret not going back the following night just for the dessert. i would definitely make the trip back to this region just to go to dinner.

Yea, yea, yea this is our favourite restaurant in Eraclea! Delicious food, especially seafood! Yummy! Also great atmosphere like "pirate atmosphere" or how can I say that? So you'll feel very good and comfortable. I just got the taste for a great dinner here!

On entering a restaurant you expect it to be busy....we were the only couple there. A bit daunting but after being welcomed by a lonesome elderly lady who only spoke Italian (who was there only other customer) we were then greeted by a very friendly waiter who welcomed us. We ordered our food and drinks and during the time the restaurant filled up quickly by locals (always a good sign) The food was good and wholesome pricing was also favourable. We went at lunch would love the atmosphere in the evening. Well worth a visit oh and their lemon tea is to die for....

Located on the short main street behind the beach. Large bright restaurant with open terrace tables too. Busy so expect a queue if you don't book at the weekend. Typical seafood and pizza menu with some restaurant specialities. Good large bowls of salads and generous sized pizzas and other dishes. The mixed fried seafood platter was very good with large portion.

Visited this place twice. Easy parking and a very laid back atmosphere. Staff very attentive. The scampi was some of the best I have ever had, as was the tuna. Great value too.
