We stumbled on this restaurant by chance, trying to find a place to eat near Certosa di Pavia (where we couldn't find anything, even though it was already past noon).It is a small place, with several tables all very close to each other, old fashion style.The lady - who I guess was the owner - was very kind and, seeing that we had two little kids, immediately came asking what kind of food they would eat. Then, later on, was asking about our own (very smart!).We ate some appetizers (sea food - octopus, squid), then spaghetti carbonara (which was very nice), and finally some more seafood (shrimp, squid rings). Everything was delicious, and the bill was not that expensive.If you're in Certosa di Pavia to see the monastery, and need to spend time during lunch (the monastery closes from 11:30 to 14:30), drive to Pavia (another 7-8min drive), and the restaurant will be on the road, on your right.

Servizio rapido. Consegna a domicilio in perfetto orario.Buone la Margherita e l'Ortolana, delicata la Braccio di ferro con ricotta e spinaci, molto buono il kebab, abbondanti le patatine.

The environment is very nice to some extend a bit kitch-glamourous. Live music brings some pleasant sounds and it seems a lot of people organize their birthday party in this place. On the other hand, the food was ok but nothing more. We had some fish, and though the plates were richly filled with fish, the taste somehow did not come with it. Moreover the service was done by people probably exhausted by the hot and humid temperatures.

Dopo visita alla Certosa Di Pavia,il Monastero Stellato, sulla Guida Verde Michelin, con valutazione degli Ispettori a tre Stelle(il massimo), con family, mi sono recata al Ristorante Pizzeria Monumento,gentilezza, disponibilità , preso pizza e pesce per tre, birra acqua, coca e caffè, tutto buono, a un prezzo onesto, certamente ritorneremo e in quell'occasione sarà un piacere, assaggiare i piatti del Ristorante.

While staying at the hotel (Hotel Italia) this week (Sunday night) we decided to have our evening meal here and we did not regret it.The food was very reasonably priced (pizzas included) and there was a fixed price menu (E15).My wife enjoyed a pizza and I had the menu. The quality of the food and the service was more than adequate when compared to the cost. It fact, it was very good value for money.When one can eat in a nice restaurant on a Sunday evening in an area that is not packed with choices and spend less than E20 a head is very reasonable. Thank You.

Locale molto carino a due passi dal policlinico. L'ho 'testato' con una apericena in settimana, che si è rivelata davvero squisita. Il locale è molto fine, in una struttura rustica ristrutturata, che crea una bella atmosfera. Ci hanno proposto ottimi salumi nostrani (da segnalare in particolare il salame stagionato!) e piatti a base di verdure varie: peperoni cotti, zucchine, ecc. Poi hanno servito un risotto con zucca davvero molto molto buono. Hanno proposto anche una squisita pasta con pomodorini secchi e altri condimenti davvero saporiti: molto buona e apprezzata! Quindi c'erano anche piatti di frittate, pizzette, prosciutto e tacchino e soprattutto... gnocvo fritto! :-) Gli aperitivi erano ottimi come pure i vini km zero. Davvero consigliato e da provare.
