Personale molto cortese ed ambiente pulito. Purtroppo l'esperienza culinaria non è stata piacevole. La pizza era poco cotta, si vedeva la striscia di pasta cruda ma era bruciacchiata sul fondo (forse poca esperienza con il forno?), I primi piatti ed i secondi erano mediocri e l'impiattamento (rucola ovunque) anni '80.peccato spero abbiano possibilità di migliorare.

This is the smallest pizzeria in the world I think I can safely say...... but certainly the best pizza ever !!! Twenty out of ten for Valter's pizza...all our guests get a night in there as its just round the corner from Antico Borgo. Best to get a group going then you can get a slice of all the different pizzas.....leave some space for the Nutella (chocolate) pizza, if you ve never tried it do...it's heaven......this pizzeria is excellent value for money..

Che dire una vera sorpresa,in tutti i sensi,c'e' un capiente parcheggio,il locale e' stato rimodernato da poco con look minimal,c'era tanta gente....5 pallini su tutta la linea,suppli' buonissimi,pizza del tipo all'italiana molto rustica per via della semola in stesura,bella fragrante,sostanziosa ma leggera,condimenti di qualita',dolci fatti da loro di ottima fattura.Servizio efficente e gentile quanto basta senza tante cerimonie,ci vuole un pochino prima che arrivino i piatti, ma di sabato sera con tante tavolate e' da capire si sono disimpegnati bene con tanta buona volonta'.Rapporto qualita'&prezzo prezzo eccellente,non e' un posto figo che si atteggia ma gradevole e di sostanza,lo consiglio......

Sono andato a cena con la mia famiglia, abbiamo preso supplì e pizza. Sui i supplì non sono eccezionali, ma sono buoni , la pizza invece è molto buona, oltre la pizza ci sono anche piatti vari, tra primi e secondi e il locale merita davvero. à un localino piccolino al centro del paese, la cameriera è molto cortese ed educata. Locale pulito. Andate. Se andate di Sabato è meglio prenotare....

Alatri is just in the heart of Italy, typical middleage little town, where you can find good food and strange people. One of these is the waiter of restaurant "La Conca" known as "Ughetto" funny and entertaining with his jokes and his smile that gives every meal the original and excluisive taste. He seems to be the owner but the owner himself let it be. Everytime I come to Ciociaria I can't miss the winderful thin pizza of La Conca and the Ughetto "touch". Last saturday we were three and each ate 3 bruschette (olive patè, olive oil and tomatoes), a Pizza Margherita and a medium beer, total amount 29 euros (9,33 euros each!)

Our soccer tour took this place over for a night in August 2013. With 22 hungry kids and 35 hungry adults, they set out to impress and were successful!Best pizza that we had was a margherita with a crust stuffed with rapini and sausage! Others included artichoke, egg, and pancetta and wonderful pepperoni for the boys!Nutella pizza dough gnocchi for dessert were also yummy!

I went here one night with family on a recent vacation to Italy. We were a large party of 16. We made reservations before hand however it was pretty empty when we arrived. We went in the middle of the week so It wasnt packed later in the evening either. We ordered so appetizers to be shared around the table. We had a variety. Cold antipasto of meats and cheeses and a hot one of some vegetables. Im not a fan of veggies so I stuch with the cold antipasto. It was very good. The prosciutto was very tasty. We then ordered a bunch of pizzas to be shared by all. I had the sausage one and the plain cheese. Both were very delicious. I have been to Italy lots of times for vacations and to visit family and have eaten pizza from all over and have to say this is the best pizza in Italy. I would also put it in my top 5.The service was very good and fast. We were there for almost 3 hours and were never rushed or felt like they wanted us to leave.

When our Greek group of adults visited Alatri this summer not only to study italian lessons but to experience the traditional goodies as well, La Rosetta was a nice surprise for all of us. All spaghetti dishes and antipasti were excellent, wine delicious, salads very fresh and light and never expect to eat the longest size pizza ever served on the table...pizza with different tastes, ingredients and an unforgettable crust. La Rosetta with its helpful service and the full "happy faces" of locals Rooms, is a Must for every visitor. I hope to come back...

Thank you for a very warm welcome. Barbara is so nice, we Loved to eat there. Pizza and wine was Perfect At very good prices. Although we do not speak italian and Nobody spoke German or english, we had no problems and everything was Fine. Thanks a lot
