We visited this restaurant with my friend three times during our trip in Agua Calientes. The servis was always great and the dishes was delicious. The prices are good as well. Dinner here was included for our small tour group. There was a set menu but the restaurant graciously accommodated three in the group that has special dietary preferences. We were seated in a quiet area. The dinner included cream of vegetable soup, trout with mashed potatoes and banana cake for dessert. Beer and wine were available at an additional cost. Service was pleasant and professional.

Went here after our day at Machu Picchu before we caught the train back to Cusco. The service was excellent and they were mindful of our scheduled departure. The food was incredibleâwe enjoyed the Ensalada mixta and a Hawaiian pizza. The salad was so good, and so welcomed after a strict diet of steak elsewhere in S. America. The pizza was definitely the best we tried during our time in South America. Definitely recommend to go during your time in AC.

After a first dinner at one of the tourist tramps in town, we stumbled upon Palate and decided to have another drink and pizza. We were pleasantly surprised that we found a place with such a relaxed vibe. The pizza was good and the beers as well! The waitress and the chefs both were very friendly. Prices were also very good for Aguas Calientes standard!

TLDR version: Not worth it. Worst meal of my life. Place is grungy. Staff is helpful but owners are not concerned with customer service. Reviews for this place are inaccurate.Long version: Fabrizzio owns the bar next door, which has a pool table and other games like Jenga. My group wanted to play pool, were drawn in by the 15 soles menu, and found this conveniently located (across our hotel).We ordered corn juice, which came out frozen - an injustice to Peruvian corn juice! My native Peruvian friends demanded the juice be returned. The meal itself took forever to arrive despite little to no patrons. When it did, no cutlery was provided. For appetizers, we ordered a mix of veggie soup, quinoa soup, and ceviche. The quinoa soup and ceviche were good but the veggie soup was cold and rushed - literally veggies thrown into hot water. No flavoring at all. For the entree, all of our entrees came out cold. When we brought this up to the host, he brought one back and microwaved(?) it but the fries were soggy at that point. My breaded chicken was pink. At this point, we decided we no longer wanted to eat here. Owners said we were complaining just to complain and forced us to pay for everything despite not eating anything.I would avoid this place like the plague. Get yourself over to Indio Felix instead. That was my last meal in Aguas and I wish I ate at during my entire stay. This post was not sponsored by Indio Felix.

We were very happy to stumble upon Mapacho Craft Beer near our hotel. As beer enthusiasts from Texas, we thoroughly enjoyed the beers at this restaurant, especially the Pale Ale. The food was also great (and very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the area). There was live music both times we visited the restaurant, which was neat. Giovanni was a wonderful waiter and provided excellent service.

I stayed in Aguas Calientes for two nights to visit Machu Picchu. Ate at a number of restaurants, but Incontri was by far my favorite. Ended up eating twice - one dinner and one lunch because of how much I enjoyed the dinner. Pizza was fantastic, crust was nice and thin with a good crunch. Toppings tasted fresh and were nicely varied. Had a vegetarian pizza for dinner and a sausage parmesan mushroom one for lunch. Both were filling, and if I hadn't been on long hikes might have been large enough for two to share.They have WiFi, but you need to ask for the password. Didn't try dessert, but was offered without pressure.Interestingly we were there for dinner on holloween evening, and the staff were fantastic with the kids coming in for candy.All around great service and great food!Estimado ClienteEstuvimos muy contentos de atenderle y querÃa extender la mano y decirte gracias por entrar a nuestro restaurante, aunque fácilmente podrÃas haber ido al local de al lado. Our family of 5 (3 kids aged 17, 14, and 10) had a wonderful meal here. Our waitress Michele was so nice and helpful. She brought games for the kids to play. The food was amazing. Delicious freshly made chips and guacamole, great pizzas, and avocado salad. Highly recommend!
