Top 10 Nightlife in Louisville, Kentucky (KY)

October 1, 2021 Merry Kessler

Each year, horse enthusiasts hoof it to Louisville and Churchill Downs, the legendary home of the Kentucky Derby. In addition to equestrian endeavors and bluegrass roots, Louisville boasts a range of exciting attractions the whole family can enjoy. Stroll through Central Park, in the historic district, to people-watch and get a real feel for the city. Visit other nearby parks for hiking, biking and fossil finding. Baseball fans will love the Louisville Slugger Museum, a celebration of the sport's legends. The museum is easy to spot, just look for the humongous bat that leans against the building.

Vines Wine Bar & Spirit Shop

“The Main Thing Is to Keep the Main Thing the Main Thing”. We like to think the main thing is building a solid relationship with everyone that walks in the door + keeping delicious wines for a great quality price ratio After spending the better part of 18 years in the wine industry, we’ve found there to be only two necessities in life: a good dog, and a great bottle of wine. Vines and Canines is here to celebrate both. Cheers!

We randomly stumbled upon this place coming out of Great Flood Brewery, and I’m so glad we did! The staff is so welcoming and friendly & the atmosphere is super cozy and romantic. Great selection of wine for sale, along with lots to try in their tasting room. Best of all, dog-friendly!
