It is a nice location where is possible to taste wines, beers, cocktails, liquers, spirits selected from the best Cinque Terre and Italian sources. Now is closed; we open next April 2020.

Do NOT leave Vernazza without going to this place. Beautiful rustic-industrial interior and well-displayed spirits. Pesto class is phenomenal. Worth every €. Alessi is a charming teacher; his knowledge of the region and ability to impart the local history of not just the wines but the tools, oils, and ingredients makes the class a uniquely memorable experience. He also happens to be a skilled mixologist, humbly dishing out the best drinks in town. Carol is sweet and attentive. Together they are very warm and welcoming hosts.

The latest innovation of Summer 2013 is the list of 'Fashion Collection' cocktails, the best cocktails created in occasion of catwalks by mixologists of the greatest and well known Fashion Designers in the world. And of course the list of our products has increased in the years. Always the best for the best people, who can understand our work and appreciate it!
