Sure, Vatican City is tiny—110 acres—but it houses the world's largest Catholic church (St. Peter's Basilica) and has perhaps the best collection of artistic masterpieces in the world (the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo's Pieta, the Laocoon Group, etc.). And maybe only 800 people live here, but one of them's the Pope. It's a pretty good argument for quality over quantity.

Great tour of the city. Arthur was a really informative and interesting guide and tailored the tour to take account of what we had already seen in Rome and to show us the other sites we wanted to see. He also gave us some great tips for local restaurants and bars for after the tour. Would definitely recommend for those visiting Rome

As a single female travelling I decided to book Luca for a tour of the city in his mini and I wasn’t disappointed . Luca is a true gentleman opening close the door of the mini everytime and explained in depth about all the attractions within Rome .Luca took some fantastic photos for me that I will Cherish forever and I felt like I was sightseeing with a true friend . Luca took me to places I Would never be able to see and also gave me restaurants to visit and told me if there was anything just to call him . The mini is a real crowd pleaser and we whizzed in and out the lanes and what can I say other than it was amazing . Thank you Luca Bravo x

Marco and I spent a day together shooting around beautiful Rome. This workshop was a gift from my dear friends for my birthday, as they knew about my passion for film photography. I am certainly far from being a professional, I just find pleasure in memorizing small moments in the city. Marco fully respected my interests and level and organized our tour based on them. He gave me valuable tips on composition, light, positioning myself and we shot architecture, people, landscapes and anything else beautiful we came across. We worked both with his digital and my film camera. Marco was patient, polite, considerate, incredibly knowledgeable and interesting and with a great command of English. Our shooting session was not only pleasant for me but also very useful - I keep hearing his advice in my head every time I shoot now. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to expand their knowledge of photography, discover beautiful corners of the city and all that - in the pleasant company of Marco.

We attended Giulio's webinar on mindfulness as a group of photographers and all participating really enjoyed it - a lot to think about, useful links, thought-provoking approach. Giulio is a master of photography who focuses on the experience and the meaning of each photo taken not on the number of followers or clicks which is very rare nowadays. The tour of the ancient city and the Coliseum was excellent. We had one of the best tour guides. She was previously an archeologist so I felt like she had some real in-depth knowledge. She had a bright and charming personality. Her English was easy to understand. I had high hopes for Nero’s Palace tour. The virtual tour was very cool but short. Most of the palace is still being reconstructed so it was really hard to envision what it would have looked like. Not a lot of frescos to view. Mostly underground so take a jacket with you...it’s chilly. Might be great for a structural engineer with an imagination. The virtual portion was the only worthwhile part of the Nero tour.

This is my second review on this issue, as I've sent "Walks" another email in regards to their "refund policy".This really deserves to be in quotations, as many can attest they don't really have a "refund policy", only the faint promise of one, that will eventually end in a gift voucher. My query is will they continue to honor this voucher past the initial offer? Currently, and into the foreseeable future, the possibilities to book and travel for a vacation in Italy is questionable at best, with the ongoing COVID restrictions. Walks offered vouchers to 150% for the booked tours cost, or something to that tune. Though I'll bet my $400+ CAD tour that all the tours will have increased by at least 150% to cover costs associated with loss of business, and requisite costs for COVID related restrictions and cleaning measures, for your "safety". I'm still requesting that WALKS do the right thing and refund, in full, everyone's booked tours monies, as promised, and as per they're own refund policy...I'm not holding my breath. It will likely require a class action lawsuit against these turkeys. Of all our bookings to Italy, everyone of them EXCEPT Walks, honored and refunded all monies.

When our flight from London to Olbia was cancelled my family and I had to plan a different way to reach Sardinia. We decided to fly to Rome, then take the ferry from Civitavecchia. There was not much time between the flight landing in Fiumicino and the ferry departing Civitavecchia, but thanks to Best Rome Driver we had no problems at all. The service was excellent, efficient and most of all completely stress free for us. We arrived to the port in perfect time to catch the ferry.
