Tosua literally means a Giant Swimming Hole. 30 meters deep and is accessible via a long ladder to the pool.Overlooking the ocean is a beach called Fagaoneone meaning white sand whereas opposite is a lava field with blow hole, tide pools and walking paths along the rocks near the ocean’s edge.
This is such a beautiful spot with a lovely view of the ocean all around. Really scary getting up and down the ladder and the current was quite strong but there was a rope to hang on to. My 7 year old was less scared than me but I wouldn’t have taken him if he was any younger

The water is cool and inviting and you can swim through the the cave to the other side if your game. There are fish in the pool but do not bother the swimmers. A great place for a picnic and a swim.

Down a small road, which feels like someones driveway, this incredible place greats you. The amazing thing about this waterfall is that you can swim here and also go in behind the waterfall to get some amazing photos of the water cascading down, If you are interested in seeing a video (incl drone footage) of this waterfall and more on Samoa. Was totally amazed at the blow holes. I think you actually need to do it for yourself to truly appreciate them. Yes I'd read reviews and seen pictures but nothing had prepared me for what we experienced. Yes the track is a bit rough driving in but if you go slow its ok. We paid at the gate then had to pay $5 tala to park but thats their source of income, they ate tourist attracrions and its a cheap price in comparison to other countries. We paid $10 tala for the man to drop coconuts into the blow hole and that was well worth it to see them fire out. Would highly recommend to anyone to make the effort to go here as i would definitely re visit again.

My son had been to Samoa staying near Apia. He found the Return to Paradise Resort on a day trip on the moped and really enjoyed the day experience. When we were going he recommended we stay there. What a good call. The area is beautiful, relaxing, staff so pleasant and polite. The story of the making of movie and the life time connections made is a very special one. We enjoyed our entire stay, food, service, facilities and oh the sunset!!

Very nice spot. Clear waters and pools and small falls. Walk all over, slowly, peer into waters and rock crevices. We spotted, black salamanders/lizards in the rock walls, and small fish and swimming eels in the shallow down stream river. easy to swim in
