Cabo San Roman

This lone lighthouse is the northernmost point of Venezuela. There isn’t even a defined road to get there, but some nice ruts in the desert are enough to bring you to the tower. From there you can see Aruba in the distance and if you’re lucky enough to arrive when a lighthouse keeper is there you can pay 10,000 Bs ($0.08) to climb the six stories to the top.
