This activity offers a nice comfy excursion out of the busy city of Dalat to the countryside. The coffee shop which is part of this tour is quite nice to sit and drink a cup of coffee as it has some nice exposed view of the coffee farm. The falls are very nice. There are some walks down and up the elephant falls but it is worth it as you can get quite close to the waterfall and behind, underneath the fall! I also have to recommend it for the super nice guide, Tin Tin, humorous and knowledgable. I recommend it!

We booked directly on the Oasis Cruise website where we were prompted to pick a date and put down a $90 deposit for a 2D1N party cruise. 3 days later we received a notification that there were no cruises on the chosen date despite their site allowing us to select and pay deposit. We were offered a day cruise as an alternative and the customer service team was very proactive in contacting us and trying to get us to book a different date although none of the replacements fit our plans. We then asked for a refund and suddenly, the previously very attentive customer service team stopped answering our emails. We have sent 2 follow up emails regarding this payment we made in JUNE and we still haven't heard anything back. We are very disappointed in the service and support from this company and could see no reason to ever book with them direct, if at all. There are a large number of cruise lines operating in this area and we found a great alternative with excellent customer service.

I made it more tricky for her as I had already done a lot of the main sights in northern Vietnam but she always came through for me. AMT and Chi have been fantastic for me and I would use them again for anything climb/trek/travel related in Vietnam - and I don't normally allow other people to plan things for me either.

VIETNAM CLASSIC TOUR January-February 2019. It was 12-day private tour for 2 couples: Hanoi – Halong – Hue – Hoi An – Da Nang – Sai Gon – Mekong Delta. We visited 6 cities with personal english-speaking guides, ate in good restaurants, saw many historical places, stayed in modern and clean hotels. We've gained knowledge about vietnamese history, culture, and met a lot of good and kind people. It was one year ago, but we still remember how it was interesting and comfortable. I want to say big thanks to VivuTravel company and wish them to recover well after the Covid quarantine. I hope to deal with the company again in future.
