Reviewed By SDrees14here in 2020 and loved it. This most recent time, not so much. I feel like the whole place changed management. We were given room 104 right next to the lobby. We only had 2 pillows on our bed, which were dingy and old. We kept finding live caterpillars all over the floor whenever we would come back. The people above us were stomping around until 2AM and then a man (who I presume was an employee) and his kid were sitting on the bench in front of our room whistling and talking very loudly until we went out at 3A to ask them to keep it down. There wasn’t a shower curtain on our shower so water got everywhere. There were holes in the walls. The vent in the bathroom was black with mold and hanging from the ceiling. The AC would only run for about 5 minutes before shutting off. It got extremely hot in the room. The pool was dirty and had a lot of sediment on the bottom as well as caterpillars. People definitely live at this hotel also. Needless to say, we were very uncomfortable and checked out a day early. The Infusion was much better when it was managed by OYO. The OYO on their marquee sign has been scratched off so that’s why I figure it’s ran by somebody else now. We won’t be back.

We will be staying here again when we are in Palm Springs. Also try Elmer’s restaurant just down the street from this hotel an employee recommended it and it was great!!!!

Like everyone else gouging price in effect fair enough buyer beware. Upon checking in room dirty hairs in bed stains on counter hair all over in bathroom, toilet sink and shower. Might have cleaned but not well. Spoke to desk right away said on alone at shift change at 9 p.m. would clean At nine clerk left next one on said nothing could do will provide new sheets clean your own room. Great motel 6 service complete sh.. show.

The room exceeded our expectations it was good size and the shower was incredible! The family who run this hotel work hard to make improvements and always on hand to help. The pool was welcomed for cooling off and free breakfast were also grateful for. The price is very reasonable and we felt very much at home here for the week. Thank you to the hard working team for looking after us. Amy and Gina x

Reviewed By Kinney1125Last minute hotel stay. This is a seedy “motel”. This is a hotel for men who share one room. The front desk did not smile or ask how we were but seemed frustrated that we were checking in. Didn’t look up at me once.The room was ok, bedding for pull out bed was dirty and thrown in bag. I called to get new bedding they didn’t bring up until an hour later. staff were rude and lazy. The lady for breakfast was pissed off she had to stand up and work. Literally looked angry. The whole pool area smelled with marijuana from the men hanging around. We were in an emergency situation due to family illness we would have left but had no other choice.

Reviewed By PalmSpringsHORRIBLEThe rooms have terrible ventilation with the air really loud ! Do not waste your time in Palm Springs, as the hotels are so overly priced with no amenities. I wish i was not here for work, I would love to stay in a less expensive town. No maid service even though the other hotels have managed to provide decent housekeeping, and the pandemic has long been in decline. Frankly, I would rather sleep in my car then these motel 6 locations! But unfortunately i am stuck here for the time being. You feel like a house guest the homeowner would like to get rid of even though you are paying $ 150.00 a night on weekends. Do yourself a favor and find a town where you can afford to stay in a quality hotel!

Homeless sleep right outside your room! Manager refused to help.
Reviewed By PalmSpringsHORRIBLEOne would think the location is perfect, unless you know that Motel 6 's are NEVER in a good location...A homeless man sat on the stairs outside my room and shouted for hours... Since I had to work the next day I was concerned and called the manager for help. She refused to intervene and said she could call the police...then she added.... "They will bang on my door at 2 in the morning...so do you want that?" Sounded like she was threatening me that calling the cops was worse than putting up with it. I was shocked at how I was treated like the" undesirable tenant " even though I was paying good money to stay there! They really need a rent a cop to just patrol the area so that guests are not forced to confront problems themselves. As a female I am really uncomfortable at MOTEL 6 and incensed at the rip off rates! These hotel rooms have terrible AC systems and old bathrooms. Not really that clean. I hate Motel 6 and unfortunately have to stay there for business.

Not quite horrible; just not good
Reviewed By kmcatchca1One night only, gave me a headache. One overhead light only in room; one fixture next to bed on one side, but no bulb or lightin/from that. Bathroom light had fan option only- no "sneaking in" there during the night. No hot water as far as I could tell. I endured a cold spritz only in the cold morning. THis hotel seemed safe. Temperature was pleasant. I didn't use any temperature modifiers. Tobacco free. Close to my destination of Joshua Tree National Park. Pleasantly indifferent managers. Seemed fairly clean, but couldn't really tell. Bed was clean, no bugs of any kind. Bed seemed fairly new- no lumps. Too firm for me, but not bad. Parking lot mostly torn up. Lots of dust from that. I was charged "regular" rates for this room with some poor conditions. I should have made an internet arrangement before arriving in Indio, CA. This place was showing 4 stars when I looked on Expedia! I'd give it 2 stars at most, based on my experience. Riverside Fair going on. Freight trains going by but across the road. Loud people outside at 3 AM for a while.A At least nobody was above me. Managers pleasant and relaxed. Next time, I would try a different hotel.

Reviewed By laurayW5182YXWe were told by friends to rent an RV from Alberts RV Rentals, they set up our trailer at SHADOW HILLS RV RESORT, it was there for us to check in and then they take it away at the end of our stay (Stagecoach). SHRV resort was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! They made sure all the time that every one had fun, had what they needed, were safe. There was an abundance of support. They had a Taco Truck there all three days all day. The Pool party was incredible, they had a DJ playing music 11-3 on Friday, a band on Sat and on Sun. The Bands were fantastic. Lots of drinking, lots of sun and lots of everyone having fun. I never saw anyone get out of control. All kinds of people, body types, left and right, young and old. Everyone got along and SHRV staff kept going all day everyday ! I highly HIGHLY recommend this place! And they do this for both weekends of Coachella and Stagecoach. But they are open for Snowbirds most of the year except those three weekends!
