Nice place, good waitress and great pizzas, spaghetti bolognaise not so good but the main problem was the wait, nearly 2 hours from sitting down and ordering. The problem seems to be with take away orders taking preference, the lady making the pizzas was kept busy all night, they need to invest in another pizza oven. They have a monopoly in the area as it's the only restaurant for miles. I've marked service down as terrible purely on the waiting time, the waitress was very helpful.

Food was ok - the service people are not smiling very often . Menu card is in 4 languages. Terrace is direct in the opposite of the street.

During our holiday we visited both pizzerias in Svetvincenat. Grimani appeared to be our favourite! The service staff was very friendly (though very busy and looking exhausted at the end of the evening), the pizzas were served pretty shortly after ordering, and this place absolutely gives value for money!Pizza's were richly decorated with vegetables and meat, to a level that they easily could save some on the ingredients without giving in on the quality. Most pizza's were below 50 kuna or 7 euros which really is a bargain given the high quality and nice place near the castle. You don't want to miss this place!
. In our own little way.
We stopped here for lunch in the pouring rain. Lovely looking restaurant very close to where we are staying. I asked for the menu and ordered drinks. That was the last time the waitress came over to us, we waited about 45 minutes to order our lunch, then gave up. My husband had to go and find the waitress to pay the bill. Very disappointed as the food in photos looked lovely. We are really sorry for the missunderstanding that happened...Usually we don't serve food on the terrace from the Bar, the waitress thought that you are just looking the menü as it very offten happends...We are really sorry for the missunderstanding, and also look goward for your visit againNice regards Caffe bar and restaurant Tinjanski Vijulin

We ate the best âomboloâ in a charming village situated in the Western Istria. The family embraced tradition, catering, and created a family agritourism which offers to the visitors the possibility to enjoy the delicacies of domestic gastronomy. Tips: Try to found this unique tavern in Istria.

We had the local beef pasta. It was delicious! Kids were also well catered for too. Our fussy 13 year old had grilled chicken straight off the fire! The outside balcony has a lovely view, although as it as so busy we had to eat inside!

We sat very close to the grilling place, so there was additional joy, watching the cook at his work. The Fiorentina steak was served on a hot plate, just perfectly done. As the side dish there were some potatoes and grilled vegetable. Our friend had grilled beef steak in truffle sauce, with a bit if pasta in truffle sauce. Mmmmm. The kids also had njoki and fuzi Istrian type of pasta also in a truffle sauce. A teenage daughter used the bread to wipe the place empty - that explaines how good it was.

Had dinner here on Friday evening, it wasn't busy when we arrived so very peaceful and relaxing. The service from the young gentleman was excellent, his English was very good and he explained the set menu to us. Nice shot of grappa made by his grandmother was very strong!!! We had the pork with truffles and thus was tender and delicious, strongly recommended. It was the best meal we had in Croatia. Everything was locally produced and made by the family so no Coca-Cola or Fanta much to the dismay of my children! Would definitely re visit.
