We don't usually eat at hotel restaurants, but after walking around town and not finding much open (and being vegetarian (with one celiac), I was about ready to call it a night. We hesitantly decided to check out the hotel dining room as a last resort. Then the magic happened! Our waiter, Rodolfo, was so nice and it was immediately clear that he was going to take care of us and give us the best experience and food he possibly could. Gluten free, no problem. Vegetarian, no problem. We were so relieved and happy. The food was fabulous, as was the gluten-free bread and the gluten-free strudel! We found this place accidentally as we did not plan, the small town are going to have a very good restaurant. The burger is one of the best and amazing Pommes frites also the typical schitzel. the decoration are lovely and also delicious. The chef and staff are so nice. They quite surprised that found us, asian from Thailand here. We also surprised how good the food here little town as well.It was very lovely to getting to know you! Table for 12 booked at lunchtime for 7:30. Group holiday - âday offâ from tour. Really friendly, everything right, loads of choice with 4 pages of pizza options and plenty of vegetarian choices. Prices very good and considering how busy the place was really swift service. Really enjoyed it.

Ho assaggiato le specialità di questo rifugio alpino presso i mercatini di Bolzano, e non presso il rifugio stesso, tuttavia posso dire che la bontà del cibo è veramente elevata. Ho assaggiato le patate arrosto cosparsi di formaggio caldo fuso e speck croccante, veramente invitanti alla vista e ancorpiù gradevoli al gusto. Bravi!

Elegante e accogliente sono le due caratteristiche che sintetizzano il locale. Arredamenti e apparecchiatura molto gradevoli in sintonia con il contesto nel quale si trova. Accogliente grazie alla professionalità del personale sempre gentile e cordiale. Menù di buon livello con piatti armonici ed equilibrati, ottima la presentazione. Carta dei vini abbastanza ampia con prezzi corretti. Elasticità della cucina verso le esigenze dei più piccoli. Dessert eseguiti molto bene. Decisamente da consigliare e prezzi corretti considerando il contesto e la qualità delle materie prime utilizzate.

In vacanza per la prima volta sotto le Tre cime di Lavaredo, abbiamo pranzato al Leone, fresco di nuova gestione da giugno. Ambiente gradevole e curato, servizio garbato e attento e, soprattutto, piatti davvero molto buoni, saporiti, equilibrati e ben presentati. Bella sorpresa fra i monti, un ristorante che cerca di andare oltre il "tipico" e il turistico, puntando sulla qualità e la cortesia. Senz'altro consigliatissimo!

The pizza is fine. You are in italy, they won't mess up the pizza. but the waiter was a piece of work. he brought pizza for the kids uncut and we asked if he could slice. he quite literally groaned and looked at the ceiling. Her returned ten minutes later (we timed it) with a pizza cutter and then never returned to our table again. We had to get up and chase him for the bill and then he tried that famous European line "the credit card machine is broken" . Now you get this lie in Europe all the time but on top of the rest of his performance, it was just too much.
