I have found out this place thanks to Tripadvisor:) and wasn't disappointed. I have had dinners 3 times and tried most of local food.strongly recommend to visit-you will be satisfied! Home environment and the good-natured host is the business card of this cutest place.

I'm so glad this lovely beach restaurant is still here. We came last year and as it is such a lovely beach restaurant had no hesitation in going there this year. As always Valentina is so nice friendly smiling despite the long hours 7 days a week. In fact the other staff are just as nice. The gyros are absolutely fantastic great price cooked fresh and great portion size. And the view wow especially for watching the sunsets. Hope to be back next year

Myself and my husband came here for dinner a couple of nights ago. The staff are so friendly and you canât fault the service!I had the one of the pasta dishes and it was my favourite so far on the trip! Definitely recommend

Hidden gem! Fantastic local taverna / restaurant in village location. Arranged & pre paid by Eden Roc hotel, Kalithea Rhodes as one of their all inclusive meal options. Although we only had a rustic set menu with the meal consisting of 5 or 6 small plates & oven baked bread, it was freshly cooked, tasty & authenticity Greek.The restaurant is a bit out of the way (we took a cab there) & located in a very narrow cobbled street, which is not sign posted well (unless you understand Greek if course!). Everyone eats outside on wooden bench tables. Local children & families walk past but don't infringe on the ambience. The lone waiter (spoke English & really efficient ) made us feel so welcome & explained each dish... Water is included with this set meal, but it is worth paying the extra â¬9 for a litre of the house wine.Would definitely go back and try dishes from the full main menu, as some of the food being served on the next table looked mouth watering !

Always very well welcome by friendly staff , busy but always with a smile when we needed something, the grilled mix surprised me as all the rest, and awww the cheeseballs were delicioussssss, and it was the only place we returned more times just because the whole combined was worth it.

My husband had moussaka which was nice but definitely reheated as was crispy on the edges What was meant to be a lovely dining experience was a let down

Discovered this place on the way back to our hotel yesterday, glad we did as we were getting fed up of our repetitive hotel food! Variety of food offered here, the boys could watch the football and they cooked English sausage for my son which was a lovely thought. Would highly recommend :-).

Had a fantastic night eating delicious food - incredibly reasonably priced - listening to Greek musicians with mostly local people. The staff were utterly delightful, getting a taxi for us and making it waited for us and giving us a drink while we waited. Couldn't have asked for more. Brilliant night!Î£Î±Ï ÎµÏ ÏαÏιÏÏοÏμε ÏÎ¿Î»Ï !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This taverna is 5-10 mins from kalithea main road in a very small village with not a lot going on. That said, if you like good honest food its worth the short drive. We arrived without booking with a party of 10 so the owners had to jiggle a few tables but were happy to accomodate us. We started with a selection of cheese balls fried cheese and bread which were all very tasty. For mains we had a couple of kilos of lamb chops which were delicious and also some tasty souvlakis. We didnt bother with deserts as we were all completely full and the bill came to about 200 euro for 10 people including drinks, so about 20 euros each. We tried a couple of restaurants in rhodes town, but they served very mediocre tourist food and this taverna was definitely a much better decision if you like good food.
