We have had dinner here for 3-4 times now, and never had let you down!Great taste , exellent service and wide range of great wines for every demand i think. For offering something special, the Grappa serving could be worth, this Grappa is the one that you should taste.The view over the harbour to lake is nice bonus.

Visited this restaurant for the first time, and we very much enjoyed the very delicious food. We tried one pizza and a lasagne, and fell in love with the flavors and fresh preparation. The interior / decor is somewhat dated, but the genuine food is the highlight of this visit! Will be coming back for more - that's for sure!

Located a bit in a hidden spot. Nice classy interior and nice terrace. The staff and the owner are super friendly and they deliver a great service always efficient, professional and with a smile, really very good service! The food is very good as well. Good wine selection.I will come back especially because of the excellent service!

Stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant. Absolutely awesome service, freshly prepared dishes, all home-made. Cannot rave about this restaurant enough. We had one vegetarian in our group and the chef prepared a marvelous mushroom pasta dish that was amazing. This small restaurant outranks some of the finest largest establishments I have had the opportunity to enjoy in all my travels.

Marco is a one man show. All the seat were taken in his restaurant (about 25) and he took orders, brought starters and drinks, cooked entrees, chatted up the customers, and brought the bill... All by himself! Pasta was great! Sauces were tasty. And the price was great!

The lunch menu didn't disappoint but rather impressed. The "Avocado Tartar mit getrockneten Tomaten und Räucherlachs" was a nice surprise for the taste buds.The "Pochiertes Goldbrassenfilet mit Kräutern, Weisswein, Knoblauch, Peperoncini und Cherry Tomaten, Salzkartoffeln und Gemüse" was nicely seasoned and delightfully presented.With 1/3 Liter Santa Margherita pinot Grigio and half a liter of water, the tab was $100 for two.The waitstaff was attentive and the food was served in a timely manner.The upstairs portion of the restaurant has a nice view and the tables have cloth covers and napkins.

The location in the central square, surrounded by very nice historical building, is perfect.The staff is pleasant, always ready to help and give suggestion. The food is really good, with a Spanish orientation, but not limited to classical dishes (i.e. paella). They have interesting original dishes, well prepared, and, during the week at lunch, a rich buffet is served.

We visited this place recently, having bought a 'deal'. We really had no expectations, since very often, such deals turn out to be a hoax at worst and disappointing at best. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. Already when I made the reservation, the gentleman was warm and friendly (generally when one mentions the word deal, the restaurant people's tone tends to indicate - oh no, not one of "those").It was a three course menu with a choice of salad or fish carpaccio as a starter; I opted for the salad and my husband took the carpaccio. Both were rather nice. Then came the main course, a nice steak only partially cooked with cafe de paris sauce (or herb butter, I'm not sure which one, they both seem rather similar to me) and served on a burner so we could cook it to our personal taste. It was accompanied by matchstick fries. The meal was rounded off by ice caramel and fresh fruits as dessert. Though I am not a dessert person, I must say I really enjoyed this one, it was delicious.The quality of the meat was excellent and for the price we paid, it was really a steal. While this place is known more for its drinks and as a bar, the quality of the food is certainly not to be sneezed at.

Fabulous restaurant in the centre of the old town. Lunch includes home made soup or a salad and is spectacular value. The food is excellent; cooked with care and flair. It's fresh, comes with plenty of vegetables and really good service. Family run and it shows. Well done Falkenburg for delivering an outstanding experience!Thank you for your valuable feedback.
